The extraordinarily mild climate, the crystalblue sea and the Mediterranean green are the ideal ambience for a relaxation of the body and the soul. Did you know that the archipelago carried the common name Apsyrtides in ancient times? the islands of Cres & Lošinj are the home of about 190 bird species? the waters of the coast of Cres and Lošinj are the playground of about 150 dolphins? there are almost 1,500 plant species on the islands? one of the most valuable archaeological discovery from ancient times was found in the waters of Lošinj: the bronze statue of the athlete Apoksiomenes from the 4th century BC? Geographical Location The Cres and Lošinj islands are part of the archipelago in the Kvarner Bay. Cres, the biggest island in Croatia (length 68 km, width 13 km) is connected to the island of Lošinj by a pull-bridge in Osor. The freshwater lake Vrana is to be highlighted as an unusual natural phenomenon. A lake that supplies the islands with drinking water. The Lošinj island group consists of the island of Lošinj (74.68 km 2 ) as well as the smaller islands of Unije, Ilovik, Susak, Srakane and further uninhabited islands. Climate The northern part of Cres is part of the sub-mediterranean zone, whist the remainder of the archipelago is part of the Mediterranean zone. The climate is rich in sunshine and mild, with warm, dry summers and rainy autumns and winters. The average temperature is 24 deg C in summer. The sea temperature is 22 deg C in summer. Bora (north- 4

5 Sandy island Susak easterly wind), Jugo (southerly wind) and Maestral (north-westerly wind) are the most common wind patterns. Trips The city sightseeing turns into an enjoyment of nature and culture for you or your relax on a cruise to the nearby islands of Susak, Ilovik and Unije, or visit the Zanja Bay with the Blue Grotto. The islands offer hiking on easy-going pathways. The highest mountains are Sis (altitude 648 m) and Gorice (650 m) on Cres and Osoršćica on Lošinj with its Televrin peak at 589 m altitude. Mount Osoršćica is very attractive for enthusiasts of long hikes. The romantic walking trails along the riverbed or through the pine forests are ideal for extended strolls. After a tiring hike you will enjoy swimming, surfing or sailing in the turquoise-blue clear water. Many diving centers on the islands organize trips and diving lessons. Should you, against all expectations, have to endure a cloudy day, then you can make the best of it and visit a museum in Cres, Osor or Mali Lošinj. Many archaeological remains, a museum for the sacral arts, an archeological collection and the cathedral are reminders of Osor glorious and rich past. The mild Mediterranean climate allows you to play tennis outside almost throughout the entire year. You will find many well-kept tennis courts across the islands. 6 Free CAMPING SLATINA Island of Cres Insel Cres For our guests, camping Slatina is located along the southwest coast of the Cres Island surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean forest. The two pebble beaches Slatina and Tiha cover an area of 15 ha. In between these two beaches you will find a long rock-faced beach with many resting spots. There are romantic and remote naturist beaches near the pebble beach Slatina. The idyllic fisherman s village of Martinšćica is just 1 km away, the city of Cres is 27 km away. Tip The camp guests can use free dog training services. 6 Accommodation The 500 camping units are laid out on terraces and some of them offer a marvelous view on the sea. Most of the spots provide an electricity supply. The terraced pitches are ideal for small and medium-sized camperand caravans. Especially interesting are the parcelled camping units (SUPERIOR, PRE- MUIM, COMFORT, STANDARD) that have power and water connections, some even a drainage system. 8 Free CAMPING BIJAR Insel Cres Island of Cres The Bijar camping site is located 500m from the historic town of Osor, embedded in the shades of 100 years old pine-trees. This site is very popular with boat owner given its ideal location. A rocky beach extends across the entire site. There are some pebble beaches between beautiful bays. The art events and the famous Osor Music Evenings turn the village to one of the most busy places on the island. TIP The Bijar campsite in Osor is especially popular among campers with small caravans and tents. 8 Accommodation We offer separate camping pitches (SUPERIOR, PREMIUM, COMFORT, STANDARD) with electrical, water and sewer hook-ups. The camp also offers Gebetsroither mobile homes and camp trailers for rent (more details on p ). All units are located in a beautiful forest and thus offer sufficient shade in the summer months. A small bathing beach is available just next to the camping site. A couple of hundred meters towards Osor another bathing beach invites you to sunbathe and swim.

10 Free NATURIST CAMPING BALDARIN Insel Cres Island of Cres A destination for nature lovers is the naturist camping at Baldarin. On the southern tip of the island Cres 15 km from Osor you will find the camping site within a dense pine forest directly on the sea, an oasis of tranquility, hidden bays and crystal-clear water. The narrow and access road immediately becomes a thing of the past once you discover the dense, Mediterranean oak forests and its animals. It is possible to observe deer, harts or hedgehogs from the camping site. There are long, untouched cliffs between the two pebble bays. If you look for tranquility and relaxation away from the hectic life and noise, then the Baldarin camping is the right decision regarding your holidays. TIP The campsite received the prestigious ECO- CAMPING award in Accommodation The clothed section is at the front of the camping site. The naturist section adjoins and covers most of the site. Most units are equipped with power supply. In a naturalist part you will find parcelled camping units (SUPERIOR, PREMIUM, STANDARD) with power and water connections. 12 Free CAMPING ČIKAT Insel Cres Island of Lošinj The camping site is located in the wonderful, green Čikat Bay, protected by centuries-old pine-trees whose shades extend all the way to the beach. Mali Lošinj s city center is a mere 2 km away and can be reached by a 20 minutes walk. The site offers rental caravans and mobile homes, units with power and water connection, and further un-parceled units with or without power. Ideal starting point for excursions, especially on the marked hiking trails which are beautiful. TIP Aquapark Čikat: Free entry for campsite guests 12 Accommodation The campsite is parceled out in separate camping pitches (SUPERIOR, PRE- MIUM, COMFORT & STANDARD) with electrical and water hook-ups. Lubenice The historical village Lubenice is situated on a mountain ridge at 378 m above sea level. The unique location, steep cliff over the sea and magnificent house architecture are fascinating on their own merit. A cultural highlight are the concerts during the summer season. Valun is known through the television series Meeting the Sun. A small harbor and houses close to each other, along with a multitude of shops entice us to stop for a moment. Osor This is an ancient town which developed into an important town for seafarers at the time of intense shipping along the coastline, given its sheltered port and numerous small coves. Apart from that, the bishop also had his seat in Osor, so even today, we stumble across remnants of the past everywhere. Art events and the renowned Osor Musical Nights transform this town during summer into one of the busiest places on the island. You can reach the island of Lošinj by crossing a pull-bridge. Punta Križa As this small township is located on a hill, a view of the sea extends on all sides. Punta Križa is the interchange of village trails that lead to various shepherds villages. In view of the fact that this small place is far from the main road and can only be reached via a narrow, winding road, rest and tranquility are guaranteed. You will experience nature yourself in the coastal oak forest, or in jasmine trees and wild animals. Mali Lošinj is the largest town in the Kvarner Bay. The beginnings of Mali Lošinj date back to the 12th century when it gradually became a harbor town. General Terms and Conditions and our cancellation policy: 1.Cancellation: If the lessee cancels the Lease Agreement for any reason not covered by in-house insurance against arrangement cancelation and if such insurance has actually been effected, the request administration fee of EUR 37 shall not be refunded. The balance already paid shall be refunded. Such insurance shall cover the following reasons: - illness or death of a travel companion or close relative - complications during pregnancy - loss of employment due to termination by the employer - substantial material damage to property in the place of residence caused by force majeure (e.g. flood, storm, etc.). A written certificate (physician, employer, etc.) needs to be presented for each case. In case no in-house insurance against arrangement cancelation is effected, the following shall apply to such cancelation of arrangement: for cancellations made up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival: 20% of the total price; 30 days prior to scheduled arrival: 50% of the total price, after the 29th day prior to scheduled arrival: 90% of the total price. The agent must be immediately notified of the cancelation in writing. No rights may be exercised on a retroactive basis. Rescheduling: 10 EUR shall be payable for each change in reservation. Guests may reschedule an existing booking only in the same year in which the booking was made. If stay is shortened, cancellation policy applies. A reservation shall be deemed changed as soon as the lessee changes any part of the Agreement pertaining to the campsite, the campsite plot category, the time of the season, the number of persons or optional services. Any financial losses suffered by the agent as a result of such change in the reservation shall be subject to the Terms and Condition of Cancelation set forth in Section III of the General Business Terms and Conditions.
