1 Celebrity Constellation Constellation - Ship Description The award-winning Constellation was chosen as #1 in the Top 10 Large Ships category by Condé Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Awards. Step aboard Celebrity Cruises' Constellation, and step into the 21st century. The ship cruises at 24 knots and touts an impressive guest-tostaff ratio of 2.5 to one, assuring that each one of its passengers is met with the individualized service that Celebrity Cruises is so famous for. As a special feature, the ship has teamed up with Cirque du Soleil to offer a cruise experience like none other. As part of this experience, each evening, guests are invited to enter into a surreal world of pulsating sounds, visual effects, and mystical lights to enjoy specialty drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Guests can relax in the Conservatory, which is located atop the ship and is home to a Magnolia garden. The 10,053-foot Aquaspa is a haven featuring a fitness area with advanced gym equipment, an aerobics area, beauty parlor, and 16 treatment rooms offering everything from the Cleopatra hydrobath to tropical showers. The ship's Aquadome and Riviera feature four swimming pools, two air beds, six whirlpools, bandstand, dance floor, sun shop, and grill and light cuisine buffet for post-swim snacks. Guests will find a full-size basketball court, compact football field, paddle-tennis tables, and volleyball court on the Sports Deck.
