Costa Luminosa has a wealth of extraordinary original works of art on board, by contemporary maestros who have interpreted light and shade in their own inimitable way, creating some spectacular displays. A fine example is Donna Sdraiata, the incredible, monumental sculpture by the famous Colombian artist Fernando Botero that welcomes Guests in the Supernova Atrium. Works by artists who use different techniques and styles such as Mario Donizetti, Silvano Girardello, lisa Rossi and Flavio Lucchini adorn all the public areas of the ship. This splendid floating gallery comprises 288 original works of art by internationally famous and up-and-coming artists, and no less than 4,733 reproductions. All cabins have an en-suite bathroom with shower, individual air conditioning, interactive satellite TV that guests can use to book on-board services and enjoy pay films on demand (for a charge), satellite telephone, minibar, safe and hairdryer. Costa staff are of course always available for any request. Breakfast can be served in the cabin and room service is available 24 hours a day.
