It can also be combined with the two bedroom Beach House property next door to provide ten bedrooms in total. Designed as a multi-generational retreat for its owners and their family, it has a contemporary Caribbean design language that is both transitional and responsive to its clients individual personalities. The main house accommodates a beautiful, stately Great Room with unrivalled views over Grace Bay. A separate family space houses games, a big screen TV and access to four en suite bedrooms, two with ocean views and two set up as kid s rooms. Head upstairs via a cantilevered walnut staircase projecting from a native stone wall to find a stunning master suite with ocean views at every turn. The kitchen and screened terrace open towards the oversized pool and lap pool, hot tub, fire pit and extensive stone terrace. On the opposite side of the pool stands another master suite for ultimate privacy. It boasts a double shower with ocean views and an additional private sun-bathing courtyard. An elevated two bedroom guest house with its own kitchen and living space sits behind the main house and has ocean views. A two bedroom refurbished beach house completes the estate s living accommodation. For guests with a sporting appetite there is a gym, all-weather floodlit tennis court and half court basketball.
