3 IN HERITAGE, WE CONTINUE THE LEGACY OF THE CRAFTSMANSHIP BY MAKING TRADITIONAL STOVES USING OWN-BRAND CHAMOTTE TILES. Ostrzeszów, where our seat is located, has been the centre of chamotte tile manufacturing for many generations. It is the place where stove tiles were produced for Warsaw that was being rebuilt after the war. The family business under the Heritage brand continues this grand tradition. We have preserved not only tools of those times, but also the knowledge about how to prepare the raw material to turn it into the best tiles. We have obtained exhausting data on the production method and over century old formulas from archives (including German ones). Fig. Excenter press from the early 20th century. We are still using this press for making ceramic stove tiles, which is the exactly same application as seven decades ago.

4 Tiles are pressed in excenter presses, as they used to be in the past. At the peak period, tile stoves were made using raw materials like a chamotte cake* and a slip cake. Slip gives a pressed chamotte tile a smooth face. When dried, tile edges were polished and bisque fired at 800 degrees Celsius. Next, they were glazed with a coating made in the ceramic tile manufacturing plant in Ostrzeszów. The ceramic composition (the so-called frit**) was then powdered in porcelain-lined grinders (as shown in the figure) and mixed with water and other additives in accordance with secret formulas. A casting slip was prepared, which was then applied onto the tiles.back then, they were either strawcoloured or emerald green. The entire production process was manual, as it is today. The production and application of glazes have changed over time. *Cake is a piece of processed clay prepared for making semi-products, whereas a slip cake is fine white clay. **Frit is a ceramic composition in the form of pellet or flakes, added to glaze during glazing of ceramic products. It improves tile glaze smoothness, lustre, colour and colour saturation.

5 FORMERLY, MOULDS USED TO BE HAND- CRAFTED AS WELL, AS SHOWN IN THE FIGURE BELOW. The chamotte was hand-placed into such moulds. The process resulted in unique decorative tiles, each a ceramic work of applied arts.

6 THE CHAMOTTE TILES WE PRESS ARE DIFFERENT TO THOSE MADE BY MEANS OF MOULDING. THE KEY ADVANTAGE OF OUR TILES LIES IN THEIR HEAT ACCUMULATION PROPERTIES, WHICH ARE SEVERAL TIMES GREATER. MOREOVER, THE HIGH QUALITY OF THE MATERIAL THEY ARE MADE FROM IMPROVES THE FIRE RESISTANCE AND THE MECHANICAL RESISTANCE OF THE STOVE.

7 TODAY, GLAZED CERAMICS HAVE GAINED A NEW QUALITY AND ARE PRESENTLY MANUFACTURED IN A FAR WIDER RANGE OF COLOURS.

11 LIKE NO OTHER HOME EQUIPMENT, TILE STOVES CREATE THE OPPORTUNITY TO IMPLEMENT VARIOUS DECORATIVE AND ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTIONS The aesthetics of your living room, dining room, library or even bedroom will improve with a tile stove. This exceptionally original work of craftsmanship creates a cosy ambiance not only with the flame. We have put all our effort in making each and every detail of our stoves from the design of a single tile to noble metal doors with double glazing using toughened glass. Vent outlets in the upper surface of the stove are cut in line with the 19th-century templates inspired by organic shapes.

12 A RELIABLE HEATING TECHNOLOGY IS THE SOURCE OF HEAT THAT LASTS MUCH LONGER A chamotte tile stove releases previously accumulated energy, radiating heat for many hours after the flame is out. The heat released by chamotte tiles compares well to sunlight, which has a highly positive impact on a man s mood and wellbeing. SIMPLE INSTALLATION AND OPERATION AT ANY HOME Installation takes only a few hours. Dry wood, briquette-type biomass or biofuel can be used with a proper burner installed in the stove. No connection to the main chimney is required. When fuelled with hardwood, the stove should be equipped with a 13cm wide chimney connector. The stoves are equipped with a flame control unit and an adapter for the outdoor air intake (applies to houses with ERV units).

13 HEARTH AND ECOLOGICAL FIRING In Heritage stove hearths we have applied an air inlet for additional firing of exhaust fumes, which improves the efficiency of the stoves up to 90%. Clean ecological firing reflects our care about the natural environment. Since the hearths are grateless, the fire is lit from above when the stove is loaded with wood, which promotes economic and clean firing, while the flame is well visible from the very beginning.owing to the high firing temperature, the amount of dust and ash left at the end of the process is scarce. Hence, there is minimum cleaning required and the stove door remains clean for a long time. LIFETIME GUARANTEE

15 ORNAMENTAL ELEMENTS Bronze fittings are moulded in handcrafted moulds. They are used only once for one casting, which gives the fittings a one-of-the-kind character. Some bronze castings are subject to galvanic chrome plating. The coating is durable and aesthetic. The choice is yours pure bronze or a chrome-coated noble alloy.

17 Victoria Stove The design of the stove is characterised by unpretentious eclecticism. The petite size adds to the elegant look. The combination of the 19th-century historicism and modernity allows the stove to adjust well both to historic and minimalist interiors. The hardwood capacity is up to 5 kg, which given the efficiency of the stove lasts for an entire day, as chamotte tiles accumulate heat long after the flame is gone. The heating capacity of the stove per 12 hours is 2 kw. It will allow you to heat up to 45 square metres of space.

18 GRAND VICTORIA STOVE This elegant English-style stove is the perfect complement for both historic and modern interiors. Owing to large doors you can fully enjoy the view of the flame. The stove is characterised by high heating capacity, which makes it suitable for large spaces. With up to 7.5 kg of hardwood capacity, Grand Victoria allows you to enjoy heat for long hours. The stove is very efficient for heating up to 60 square metres of space. The stove accumulates up to 26 kwh of heat.
