8 Regulatory Signs BY PERMIT ONLY Rb-93 Maximum Signs Sign Manufacturing Policy Aluminum signs having a side 60cm or larger are made from H38 tempered aluminum with a minimum of 255 mpa. (mpa - modules of elasticity). A mill certificate is available upon request. Aluminum signs having both sides smaller than 60cm are made from H32 tempered aluminum. All aluminum is acid etched and allodined. Steel signs are made from 16 gauge galvanized or satin coat with a minimum weight of lbs per sq. ft. All materials used for the face of the signs are 3M products and a 3M Sign Fabricator Certificate is available confirming our current status as a qualified manufacturer. Engineer grade signs come with a 7 year warranty. High Intensity signs come with a 10 year warranty. Diamond grade signs come with a 12 year warranty. 6 The year of manufacture and our company name is applied to each sign in order to reference the warranty period. 3m
