Investing in a motorhome requires serious consideration. Just so you know what s involved here s a quick run-down of what usually happens from your initial inquiry to you driving away in your new fitted Motorhome EASY STEP #1 - YOUR INITIAL INQUIRY You will be met by a friendly and helpful team member who will be genuine and sincere and listen to your needs. This is also an information gathering process to establish your wants and specifics requirements. EASY STEP #2 - YOUR 1-on-1 60 Minute Design and Discovery CONSULTATION Based on where you are at the next step is to make an appointment for you to come in and look at already built motorhomes in our display showroom. You ll also get to see motorhomes being built in our factory. We ve found being able to physically touch and see what your fitout will be like is very helpful in the decision-making process. You ll see design options you may not have previously considered. We find many people are surprised at what options are available. At any one time 15 to 20 motorhomes are on display for your inspection. Regardless of how long you stay our fully equipped customer lounge with refreshments keeps you comfortable. EASY STEP #3 - YOUR COMMITMENT Fitting your motorhome for your requirements can take 6-8 weeks. During the build process we can photos of each build stage. Our workmen are all qualified tradesman, fitters, cabinetmakers, electricians etc. EASY STEP #4 - PROGRESS REPORT During this process you ll receive newsletters and s along with phone calls updating you with how it s moving along. EASY STEP #5 - THE BIG DAY ARRIVES - HANDOVER! Now when the big day comes for delivery please let us know your direction of travel so we can arrange tollway authority as we have several tollways in our area. You must allow 3 hours for delivery handover. During this time we ll help familiarise you with all the workings of your motorhome, most important for your future travels. By the time you leave our showroom you will be an expert in control and operation of all facets of your new motorhome.
