Cellacast Active bandages are elastic in three directions: lengthwise, width wise and diagonally and are thus easy to apply. The kit contains a foam lined stirrup, with two flexible adhesive side straps used to attach the stirrup to the leg. Traction is applied via the cord fixed to the stirrup. The adhesive skin traction kits provide a non-invasive method of applying traction to a limb. They are secured by use of hypo-allergenic adhesive straps, with an extra long retaining bandage to hold the full assembly in place on any size of limb.
