GHS Temporary Homes offer the ideal solution for rapid and attractive accommodation for people with an acute need for housing. The accommodation is preferably used wherever there is a need and where people have to be provided with secure, heatable and hygienic housing. The basic model provides space for 4 people. All components are designed such that the housing units can be dismantled after the end of the respective use and can be re-erected elsewhere for a corresponding re-use. This means that different emergencies can be reacted to quickly and that comprehensive, acute immediate help can be guaranteed. Based on the components patented by us, the houses can be put together quickly, modularly and individually. In this way, our solutions offer innumerable possibilities for use with minimal production and assembly time.

3 The wide variety of our Temporary Homes. BASIC HOUSE 4 beds in one house, 16, 20, 24 or 32 m² per house, 4 lockers, kitchen block and bunk beds. The GHS standard house has one door and one vinyl-window. HOUSE GROUP This unit consists of 4 single houses for living and one central sanitary facility. SANITARY HOUSING Example of a building situation with an area of 16m², 4 showers, 4 sinks and 4 lavatories. HOUSE SETTLEMENT This temporary shelter is also perfect for use as small office facilities, schools, refugee camps or to accommodate staff at peace keeping missions.

COMPARED TO A TENT If the lifespan of a tent is not sufficient and people have to stay for several years in their temporary accommodation, or beneficiaries are exposed to extreme weather conditions and you need higher insulation. In situations where there is heavy rain, severe storms and flooding. COMPARED TO A CONTAINER If you need cheaper housing and more flexibility in the layout solution. SIMPLE AND UNCOMPLICATED ERECTION Rapid and easy installation, low dead weight specially designed steel-profiles make it possible to connect the parts without any tool. The foundation is based on variable steel columns allow to set up the floorboards even in difficult terrain STABLE CONSTRUCTION Our products offer excellent corrosion protection, outstanding insulation values, precise joint geometry, are maintenance-free and durable. The GHS Temporary Home consists of interlocking panels with galvanized steel sheets and a PU core. The panel is 4 cm thick, so that it ensures an optimum resistance to difficult weather conditions. GHS Temporary Homes can withstand wind speeds of up to 150 km/h, the load for the roof extends from walkable to up to 400 kg/m² snow load.
