2 This three sided plastic dust barrier was put up by one person in less than five minutes. No tape, no ladders, no marred ceiling! Invented by a contractor, the ZipWall System was the result of a long search for a way to put up a dust barrier quickly, without using tape, nails, or other materials that are slow and damaging to walls and ceilings. ZipWall products are currently sold worldwide and are also used in hospitals, museums, airports, industrial clean-rooms, etc. A Plastic thickness of up to 8 mils can be used with the ZipWall system. A Also works with light canvas tarps or cotton fabrics. A Poles are available in two styles: SLP - Spring-Loaded Poles (left). Extends from 4 7 to 12. Packed two per box. FOAM RAILSTM For a tight ceiling seal: Use the Foam Rail TM, a 5 foot cross bar with a soft, spongy edge that attaches to the top of the ZipWall Pole and presses the plastic sheeting firmly against the ceiling. SIDE CLAMPSTM For a tight side-wall seal: Use the Side Clamp TM. This device attaches to the Foam Rail TM and presses the plastic sheeting firmly against the side wall. These Tight Seal TM Accessories are sold separately: Foam Rail TM : Packed two per box. Item #FR2 Side Clamp TM : Packed two per box. Item #SC2 Now available: The Side Pack has every thing you need to seal both ends of your ZipWall barrier. It comes with 6 special three foot Foam Rail cross bars, six Side Clamp wall mounts and a bag specifically for carrying these items. To seal the end of the barrier, attach the Foam Rails to the Side Clamps and then latch them to the poles next to the wall. The Foam Rails will push the plastic against the wall creating a tight seal. Installing all three on each wall, and overlapping them, enables you to completely seal any wall up to nine feet high. 5 ZIPWALL ZIPPERS Heavy Duty ZipWall Zippers provide quick and easy access in and out of dust barriers. Each box of 2 zippers comes with the innovative ZipWall Zipper Knife, which double cuts the sheeting to keep it from jamming. Patent pending.
