2 Soft-Sided Custom Capabilities Gerber Computer-Aided Design System Gerber Technology has developed systems that assist rather than restrict the creative process. In addition, these systems perform repetitive and time-consuming tasks, freeing designers to focus on the creative development process. This approach is unique and much more productive than techniques used in traditional systems and the increased speed dramatically shortens the product development cycle, which in turn, increases profitability. Industrial Sewing Machines We have state-of-the-art equipment that facilitates in the sewing of many types of materials. Our automated machines can sew any stitch pattern and we have numerous attachments for binding, folding, hemming, etc. Newly developed lock-stitch machines provide upgraded quality and a comfortable production environment, which increases efficiency. 1 Custom Screen Printing From computer file to film to finished print we do it all in-house. We have a complete Macintosh system, running the latest OSX and utilizing Adobe Creative Suite software to better assist you in the reproduction of your logo. Our design team is also available to add type or part numbers to your custom designs. We screen print on a variety of substrates including: nylon, canvas, polyester, vinyl, plastic and metal. Specializing in 1 and 2 color designs. Custom Embroidery Our embroiderer uses Barudan embroidery machines, ranked #1 in the industry. There s less movement ensuring better quality and close registration. Artwork can easily be reproduced either from a digital file or hard copy which can be digitized into the computer system. We can reproduce artwork with up to 5 colors.

Eastman s conveyor cutting system combines the speed and accuracy of computerized cutting with continuous material feed which means less wasted material. Markers can be infinitely long, improving fabric utilization due to more efficient piece nesting. All this translates to more competitive pricing for our customers. Strapping & Belting We are a custom manufacturer of all types of straps, belts, slings & harnesses. We offer a wide range of webbing types and colors, including nylon, cotton, polypro and military specification. We can provide a variety of fasteners in both plastic and metal. 5 Military Cases Our experience in manufacturing commercial carrying cases led us into manufacturing military cases. With our in-house CAD system we can work with very precise measurements. We are able to acquire many mil-spec materials, and are able to comply with mil spec. standards. We are a part of the Government Preparedness Program. 6 Soft-Sided Standard Cases We are proud to offer our soft-sided standard carrying cases. We designed these cases for those who would prefer a soft case to an injection-molded or blow-molded case. These cases are available in 18 standard sizes with an interior collar that makes the case rigid. The collar is made up of a combination of foam and.120 gauge chipboard and is then covered with fabric. To take the design a step further we designed a modular divider system for the cases. The dividers are an option; they do not have to be purchased with the cases. The divider sets are available with an A or B style depending on what you are looking for. This gives our customers a lot of flexibility to change the inside for different applications. 7 Injection-Molded Cases Injection-Molded Fieldtex is now introducing a line of injection-molded plastic cases. Made of durable fiberglass reinforced ABS, these compact cases are lightweight, water-tight, strong and will not rust or corrode. Consisting of single-piece construction with stainless steel pins in hinges and latches, these cases feature a closed-cell neoprene O-ring to keep water out, positive snap latches and a combination handle/hanger. Additionally, they have been pressure tested to depths beyond 100 feet. With various sizes to choose from and pluck foam inserts, these cases work well for many applications. 10 Blow-Molded Blow-Molded Cases Our blow-molded cases are an inexpensive way to protect and transport your instruments or equipment. They are made from high-density polyethylene; the lids and backs are double wall construction for added protection. The case exteriors are not effected by extreme temperatures and are grain finished for scuff and scratch resistance. There are 21 sizes available, and we offer them with pick and pluck foam so that you can customize the interior for a specific use. We also offer custom foam inserts, which are available in different colors, densities and thicknesses. Our blow-molded cases are lightweight and inexpensive compared to our injection-molded cases.
