14 The CTJ Band/Guard Holiday Craft Fair is Saturday, December 1 st, 10am 4pm, CTJ Cafeteria. We need student and parent volunteers to help set-up on Friday evening beginning at 6:00pm and again on Saturday morning at 7:00am. Please support our vendors by coming AND shopping at the Craft Fair! This is a major fundraiser for the band, and our vendors offer many amazing, beautiful and/or scrumptious products, including many gift options!

21 Carrie Estrada has stepped down as Performance Committee Co-Chair, aka Co-Head Chaperone. Proposed action (BPA vote required): Lynn Irwin has been nominated to serve as Performance Committee Co-Chair.

22 We are beginning the process of re-organizing CTJBPA Concessions leadership for the remaining school year as well as the school year. NOW is the ideal time to do this. Many hands make lighter work! We are seeking 4 parents to serve as Concessions Supervisors for CTJ concession assignments throughout the school year.

24 The CTJ Band has been selected to participate in the 2019 Battle of Flowers Band Festival, For the Love of Texas, on Thursday, April 25, Our group ticket order is due before Christmas. Reserved seats are $11 each. Look for a link around Dec 16 th inviting you to sign up and pay for tickets. For those who miss this window, tickets will go on sale to the public on January 14 th.

Summer 2018 Dear Community Friends, Buckley Country Day School s 45th Annual Fall Fair is taking place on October 20th and 21st. The Fall Fair is Buckley s largest community-building event and provides
