7 SFRTA RESPONSE SFRTA staff presented the SFRTA Fast Start Plan for Tri-Rail Coastal Service to the October 2011 Board Service within 3-5 years Single-Phase Operating Plan integrated with Tri- Rail and serving all three counties Municipalities served must financially support Capital and Operating Financial Plan Utilizes SFRTA equipment SFRTA manages Tri-Rail Coastal Service 7

FDOT, SFRTA, and the MPOs to provide technical support. The RPCs will lead the development of a Corridor Coalition to advance public outreach, provide project advocacy, and secure public input. The Corridor Coalition will be coordinated with the SFRTA, FDOT, SEFTC, and the MPOs.
