Since our very first year of inception in August 2010, we had served many FITs and GITs. We had organized One Day Industrial Visit (Academic Year ) for 350 students of BMS, BMM and BSc computer Science of Ajuman-I-Islam s Akbar Peerbhoy College, located at Do Taki ( Two Tank ), Grant Road, Mumbai We have to its credit of handling over 50 FIT'S and 7 groups in the very first year of operation and these clients have appreciated the services offered by us to them. 5 General Notes for Industrial Visit : 1] Industries at the concerned locations will be visited with prior permission. 2] The per paying student depends on number of students at a time, distance, type of bus required (2x2, 2x3, 2x1, AC, NON AC, Star Bus, Push back seats, ordinary, semi luxury, luxury type ), meal requirements, season, entrance fees and guide fees, etc. 3] For every 20 students, 1 teacher is complimentary. 4] We can organize industrial / Educational visit to and from any destinations within India. We can also organize student tours internationally in a few other countries. 5] We request you to plan your Educational tours by giving us full information of Railway journey before 100 days and for Road journey before 30 days to enjoy the best travels services to your students and teachers. 6] Please go through Inclusions and Exclusions given in your Quotation so as to avoid any confusion. Terms and Conditions for Student s Tour: 1) Check-in and check-out timings of the hotels should be followed. 2) Students / Teachers / Passengers are requested to take care of their belongings. 3) We have a right to change the itinerary as per the situation without any prior notice. 4) 50% of the cost should be paid at the time confirmation of tour. 40% of the total amount should be paid before 20 days of the departure. 10% should be paid within 5 days after arrival from Educational Tour.

6 5) We are not liable for damages for any delay or default in tour performance during the tour, if delay or default is caused by conditions beyond its / our control including acts of God, Government restrictions, continuing domestic or international problems such as wars or insurrections, strikes, fires, floods, terrorist attacks, work stoppages and embargoes. 6) Any disputes arising in respect of the tour shall be subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction. 7) Cancellation policy (provided 90% payment is received before the tour) 90 days or more, prior to the departure of the tour 60 days or more, prior to the departure of the tour 59 days to 45 days, prior to the departure of the tour 44 days to 30 days, prior to the departure of the tour 29 days to 20 days, prior to the departure of the tour 19 days to 11 days, prior to the departure of the tour 10 days or less, prior to the departure of the tour / No Show 90% refund of the 80% refund of the 60% refund of total 40% refund of the 20% refund of the 10% refund of the NIL refund of the tour cost
