7 Selected Experience We have been involved in more than 8 cr sft projects that are of varied nature in many ways. Ahuja Tower, Prabhadevi, Mumbai Ahuja Properties High Rise Luxury Residential Tower We have provided cost management services throughout the project span, starting from cost plan till the final accounting for this 8 lakh sft 53 floors luxury residential tower. Advises on tender, claims and post contract cost management were also part of our scope. Island City Centre, Mumbai Bombay Realty High Rise Luxury Residential Towers We are providing full cost management services including post contract quantity surveying for the ICC1 and ICC2 towers, which are 53 floors and 60 floors respectively. Total construction area of the project is 27 lakh sft. 7

8 Rainbow Hospitals, Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru Rainbow Hospitals for Women and Children Fit Out for Specialty Hospital We did the post award cost management of more than 40 construction packages. Our scope includes for payment valuation, coordination with developer (landlord) for their scope of works, variation management and final accounting. We have been the consultant of choice for Rainbow Hospital and have carried out multiple assignments for them, across various projects. Manufacturing Facility, Vemgal, Karnataka Global Pharmaceuticals Major 8 bn Tablet Manufacturing plant On this design and build project which is developed on a land parcel of 50 acres, our scope includes Preparation of BOQ, Tender Management, Project Controls, Post Contract Quantity Surveying, Change management and Contract Administration. 8

9 Juniper Networks Offices, Chennai and Bengaluru Juniper Networks Office Fit-out For 2 separate assignments to carry out the post award cost management of Juniper Networks offices in Chennai and Bengaluru, we managed more than 15 construction packages each. Minerva Tower, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai Lokhandwala Kataria Construction Pvt Ltd High rise premium residential building Our scope for this premium segment residential tall building of 84 floors include end to end cost management services covering Cost Planning, BOQ preparation, Procurement assistance, Post contract Quantity Surveying, Change Management and Dispute avoidance. 9

10 W resort, Goa Diana Buildwell Ltd (part of ABIL group) Resort development W resort comprises more than 12 villas and 48 wooden chalets. We have quantity audited the Works that was split into multiple number of packages and awarded to more than 30 contractors; we have also provided an estimate for the final completion cost. Agastya Corporate Business Park, Mumbai Client: Confidential (Fund Manager) Commercial Building For this corporate business park of 20 Lakh sft, our scope of services included cost estimation for all major packages based on the scheme drawings. 10

11 Embassy ETV Office, Bengaluru Embassy Group Commercial Building We provided the Cost Plan services for this 12 Lakh sft commercial project, which is a corporate park and scope includes cost estimation for all major packages based on the concept drawings. Supernova Astralis, Noida Supertech Location: Gurgaon Astralis is part of a large mixed use development in Noida Supernova, which comprises of premium residential, luxury hotels and high end office building. We provided the Cost Plan services for the total project of more than 70 lakh sft BUA; out of which 8.5 Lakh sft was commercial building and our scope included cost estimation for all packages. 11

12 Godrej Avenues, Yelahanka, Bengaluru Godrej Properties Mid segment residential development Avenues was our first assignment for Godrej Properties, for which we have prepared the BOQs for all packages along with the Bar bending scheduling. This project has more than a million sft construction area including a large club house. Assetz Sarjapur, Bengaluru Assetz Lifestyle Mid segment residential development Among the multiple assignments totalling to about 80 Lakh sft built-up area, that we serviced for Assetz Group, Sarjapur project was one. It consists of 6 towers of 17 floors. Our scope was to prepare the cost plan. 12
