1 Dhanalakshmi Bank Officers Organisation DBOO Centre, Thrissur (Registered under the Trade Union Act XVI of 1926-Registration No.7-21 of 2011) General Secretary (Mob) Circular No.15/ th January 2014 And the DBOO flag flies at 1350 nautical miles height Another 150 Senior Officers promoted to Scale-I have moved to IBA pattern as on 1 st January Numbers speak for themselves: after the historic settlement of DBOO with the Management on 3 rd December 2011, 994 Cost to Company officers moved to the IBA salary structure. We are happy that all in the Dhanalakshmi Family: the executives, our activists, other union activists and the CTC officers, have lauded DBOO on this achievement. No wonder that, within hours after the decision to promote SOs to Scale I was announced, there was a steady stream of officers seeking membership forms of DBOO. The trust and camaraderie nurtured by DBOO for the last 28 years and its untiring efforts at CTC conversion were paying its dividends. Today we have a strength of 1350 committed members. 2 Our welfare activities go beyond membership and cadre We are happy to report that DBOO has successfully defended the disciplinary case of a CTC officer, that too in Divisional Manager cadre. The said officer who was under suspension has re-joined duty last week. We specially acknowledge the services rendered by Com.S Manoj, our Deputy General Secretary in defending the case.
