Because of air conditioning and high-altitude sites like Mt. Titlis where there would be snow, So please carry sufficient winter cloths and summer clothes. Please carry an umbrella Comfortable shoes / sandals with firm grip are recommended. Use of Sun Glass is recommended Please refrain from wearing shorts / skirts which are above knee level and sleeveless tops to Churches and Holy Sites. You may not be allowed to enter if your knees and shoulders are not covered. BAGGAGE: Your flights to Europe only allow 01 PC carry in luggage 23 kg only and 01 PC Hand Luggage 7 kg only Liquids, creams, paste, iron equipments etc. are not allowed in the hand baggage, but can be kept in your checked-in luggage. Mobile phones, battery banks should be in the hand luggage. You can carry your documents, a set of clothes, camera etc. in your hand baggage. Kindly don t include any valuables in your baggage. FOOD: Breakfast is served in the hotel. Lunch and Dinner will be either in the hotel or outside restauratants Lunch and Dinner would be Indian meal or local meal Normal drinking water will be provided during meals. All other beverages are chargeable unless specified by the Tour Leader. Please carry and drink plenty of water during your journey. The menu for the meals are pre booked for the group at restaurants and hotels and hence cannot be changed on the spot. Diabetic persons are advised to bring / buy sugar free snacks and beverages. Snacks can be carried during the journey. There will not be bottles of water in your hotel rooms Tea / Coffee at evening and during the day are not included. However there are many cafe s at all sightseeing places. You could purchase these for consumption. Tea / Coffee makers may not be available in the rooms.

5 #37, 3 rd Cross Road, INSURANCE AND MEDICAL: Your routine medicines for personal ailments, for at least 20 days, should be carried with you. Your insurance is not included in the cost. It is mandatory for the Visa purposes CURRENCY AND PERSONAL EXPENSES: Foreign Exchange for Personal Expense: EUR per person. We advice to purchase sim cards with Pan Europe validity. Telephone calls can be made from the hotel room for which you shall pay the bills. We advise you to hold foreign exchange with bills. OTHER INSTRUCTIONS: Punctuality should be strictly maintained. In the morning please assemble 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Also do report after each site visit, on time. Carry the hotel card with you and also the telephone number of the local guide. Listen to the explanation given in all important spots by our tour leaders and then clear your doubts if any. The driver has driving hour restriction. So our puncutality is very important for the success fof the group. Carry a Bible, Song Book, Prayer Book etc Never forget to take with you a Universal Electronic Adapter to charge your mobiles, digital cameras etc. because the nature of electronic plugs varies across countries. Carry Your Original Passport and Other travel Documents along with you. VISA: Schengen Visa is mandatory for traveling to Europe for this tour. The approval of Visa is the sole decision of the Consulate and Magi Holidays does not have any power to influence it. We will give you full support and advice for your Visa application. In case of Visa rejection, there wont be any refund for the same. If the Consulate requests you for a personal interview, all the cost for that or any other extra expenses related shall be borne by the passenger. DISCLAIMER 1. In addition, group tours/packages are based on a Minimum Number of passengers traveling: if the number of passengers falls below the minimum required, a surcharge may be imposed on all passengers. 5. IMPORTANT!!! If you are at an airline ticket or passenger check-in counter with your confirmed ticket and find that the airline shows no reservations for you do not leave the counter. Check your ticket. If the status box shows "OK" for the flight in question, the airline must accommodate you on that flight, or if that is not possible, they must either find a substitute flight or pay you denied boarding compensation. If necessary ask to speak to a supervisor. 6. VISA - It is your responsibility to ensure you have complied with all necessary requirements to obtain a foreign visa. Magi Holidays shall in no event be liable to you for any indirect claims, damages, or lost profits resulting from a failure to obtain a visa or passport in a timely manner. The issuance of any visa is entirely at the discretion of that issuing authority. Be aware that holding a valid visa for any country does not automatically entitle the traveler guaranteed entry into that country. Entry into any foreign nation is the final decision of the local immigration authorities upon arrival. Magi Holidays does not warrant or guarantee that any foreign Consulate or Embassy will issue a document in a timely manner and Magi Holidays service fees are only for taking reasonable actions to foster such issuance within the client s prescribed timeline. Under all circumstances, you (and not Magi Holidays) are responsible for making sure that you have complied with the necessary requirements. 7. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS ' We reserve the right to charge processing fees in the event of refunds, cancellations and other services. 8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY Magi Holidays is acting as a mere agent for suppliers in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by us (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). We, therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract of any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay, or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. We do not guarantee any of such suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects. We shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent's control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safely or security conditions at such destinations, during the length of the proposed travel. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Traveler's retention of tickets, reservations, or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto to his/her travel companions or group members. 9. Proof of identity is required for all travel. Without proper identification, or passport and necessary visas you will not be permitted to depart. It is your responsibility to verify your necessary travel documents. 10. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVEL INSURANCE. There are different types of medical, baggage or trip cancellations insurance from the supplier or the agencies. NOTE: Insurance coverage may not cover pre-existing conditions and may have other restrictions and exclusions. Consult the insurance carriers direct for details. Trip insurance or waivers provided by the supplier may not offer insolvency coverage.
