At the time of registration taxes and fees are collected, an e-ticket is issued, and an electronic receipt is provided. Day of Travel: Online check-in (aircanada.com) or at airport kiosks is permitted with record locator. Authorization from AC/Jazz Captain is required. Identification will be verified (airline ID (or a valid RAIC pass clearly indicating the name of the Employer) and pilot s license) Changes: Must be done through the Call Centre. Change may require a new ticket to be issued. Refunds: For refunds Refund Services at refundservices.@aircanada.ca. Call Centre can also refund tickets which are completely unused. American Not Currently Approved for International Jumpseating Continental A gate agent can list you for the jumpseat- but it is highly recommend that you list yourself for the jumpseat (use coair). It is also advised that you pre-list for the return flight. You can request the jumpseat up until departure time. Jumpseat riders will normally be awarded a coach seat if available. Continental Int'l takes unlimited Jumpseaters.

10 Delta Must be listed as a Jumpseater at least 75 minutes prior when exiting the USA. Must be listed as a Jumpseater at least 90 minutes prior when entering the USA. The Ticket Counter or Gate Agent can/must list you in the computer (you are not able to call Delta on the phone to list). Allow extra time, as required times are computer controlled. Must have all documents checked, listing completed, taxes paid, etc before time limit elapses. (Agents are not able to override the time requirements.) If a First Class seat is available, you will most likely be able to occupy the First Class seat. Delta Int'l takes unlimited Jumpseaters. North West Not required to list as a Non-Rev prior to getting to the gate (but very helpful) by calling North West Reservations. The Gate will change you to a Jumpseat status. When returning to the USA, have the ticket counter list you as a Jumpseater (if not already listed). *Ensure that you have your own North West Jumpseat form(s) with you. International Out Stations do not have the forms. It is YOUR responsibility to have the form (take some with you before leaving the USA.) The ticket counter will collect the departure fees and provide a paper ticket for jumpseating. The gate will then process you as a Jumpseater. NOTE: North West technically does not allowed OAL pilot Jumpseaters to occupy the flight attendant Jumpseat if all cabin seats are occupied. North West Int'l takes unlimited Jumpseaters. Cargo schedule information: United List as a Non-Rev via the United Non-Rev number for the desired flight (not required though). At the Gate or Ticket Counter, the agent will change the listing and list you as an OMC (ie. "Jumpseater"). The agent will provide you with the OMC card and then assign you a seat in the cabin. Seating Assignments for offline OMC (non UAL pilots) is: Business, Economy lus, Economy, First Class. United Int'l takes as many Jumpseater riders as installed jumpseats. International Relief Officers do NOT effect available jumpseats. (B777 has 2 jumpseats, B747 has 3 jumpseats). US Airways List as a Non-Rev via the US Airways Non-Rev number for the desired flight (not required though). At the gate, ask for the ilot Jumpseat and the gate agent will have you fill out the Jumpseat form and issue you a seat in the back. You may be asked to pay "non rev taxes/fare" even though you are a jumpseater (in addition to departure taxes). You are NOT required to pay these fees/taxes as a jumpseat rider. NOTE: US Airways requires that you pay all Taxes and Fees required to enter the USA prior to exiting the USA. Therefore you are required to pay the departure taxes for the return flight, on the outbound flight from the USA. US Airways Int'l takes unlimited Jumpseaters. *Int'l jumpseat authorization on US Airways West (formerly AWA) routes not currently authorized.
