Hindustan Aerospace &Engineering Approved By DGCA, Govt. of India Hindustan Aerospace & Engineering Institute is an initiative of ShaShib Group, established in the year 2005 at Pune city in the western Indian state of Maharashtra to fill the void of industry-ready and well-trained Aircraft Maintenance Engineers for the Aviation industry. It is a premiere technical institute approved by the Director General of Civil Aviation, Ministry of Civil Aviation (Govt. of India) to offer Aircraft Maintenance Engineering course in accordance with the CAR Sec-II (Airworthiness), Series E part 1 &Part VIII. These civil aviation requirements are issued in accordance with Rule 61 and 133B of the Aircraft Rule 1937 derived from the aircraft act 1934(XXII to 1934) passed by Indian Parliament, Govt. of India under the aircraft rule, DGCA is the regulatory body to deal with all matters pertaining to civil aviation of the country. HINDUSTAN AEROSPACE & ENGINEERING has been engaged in providing training in the field of AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING with an outstanding performance in national cadre and totally focused in imparting Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course with its thousands of students placed at various foreign and domestic airlines /MRO/ Flying clubs/ Aviation institutes / Aviation technical support organizations etc, in India and abroad. Duration: 3 Years Streams: Mechanical & Avionics An Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) is basically a person licensed to certify the aircraft or its component for its airworthiness before its release to service. In other words, an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer carry out and certify overhaul, major repairs of aircraft, power plants, components and accessories thereof before its release to service in accordance with the national & international aviation standards. All the Airlines, Maintenance & repair organizations, flying clubs, etc. appoint these AMEs for the certification of their aircrafts and its components as per the Government Rules and Regulations. In terms of employment opportunities, the aircraft maintenance engineering is probably the most promising in the aviation sector. The duty of an AME is to ensure that the Aircraft is in a fit to fly condition before it takes off the ground. As per the rules laid down by the govt. of India "No aircraft can take off without the certification from qualified Maintenance Engineers. Know It Better Who is Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Aircraft Maintenance Engineer issues the certificates of flight release which declares the aircraft airworthy and fit for flying. Aircraft Maintenance Engineer is the sole responsible person for the maintenance and overhaul of aircraft, aero engine, instruments, electrical and radio equipments and their accessories. What is Aircraft Maintenance Engineering Course it is one of the highly rewarding technical courses with ample job opportunities for 10+2 science students leading to issue of licence from Director General of Civil Aviation(D.G.C.A.) 6 Admission Procedure : Application for admission to the course should be made in prescribed form, which is attached with the prospectus. Properly & Correctly filled application forms should be sent along with a Registration fee of Rs. 20,000 /- Candidate seeking admission to the course should attach the following documents with the Application form. Medical form dully filled & Signed by a Registered Medical Practitioner. Three Attested Copies of the Mark-sheet of qualifying Examination. Conduct Certificate. Five Passport Size Photographs. Four self addressed envelopes of size 9" x 4" bearing the postal stamps worth Rs. 40/- each. A Demand Draft of the prescribed fees at the time of admission should be in the name of HINDUSTAN AEROSPACE & ENGINEERING payable at PUNE, must be submitted along with the Admission Form. The Admission Fee is to be sent accordingly. Fees Structure :
