We have a no mandatory single supplement policy on all group tours to Morocco, Jordan and Egypt (excluding Jewel of the Nile, {Treasures of the Lost City - not noted in the brochure} and arrangements and Israel). If a tour combines elements of Israel a SS must be paid for the relevant sections of these tours unless a match is found. For RTI there is a SS for days 8-11, unless you have a match. Use the Jerusalem B/O SS price if required. Happy Selling! As of 01 July 2012 our KR,EU, RJ, TTT and DAT tours will be one day longer. Pax will return to Cairo by overnight seater (or sleeper) train. After spending a night in Cairo they will travel to Dahab the following day. 1

ROAD TO JORDAN Taba Marina is still closed. Pax are taking a private ferry. PROBLEMS: The return ferry to Egypt arrives at 7pm (which is late in the evening). Then pax need to drive to Sharm el Sheikh (2 hours in the wrong direction, as the Neweiba cairo road is closed due to issues with the Bedioun). They arrive to Sharm at midnight, then at 3.30am are taking the gov t escorted convoy to Cairo arriving at 10am in time for the museum. If pax have flights at 5am or 6am, we can get a private convoy, by shoeing their flight details and paying for the service. Essentially they have lost a night s sleep in Cairo for a few hours at a hotel in Sharm. It is noted in the brochure and is very important that: NOTE: Flights should not be booked any earlier than 05:00am on the last day of the tour. If undertaking our Egyptian Museum tour on day 16 (old itinererary), it is important that you reserve a later flight (after 3:00pm) ex Cairo to your home port, or consider reserving an additional night s accommodation. The same applies to the TTT tour, ie flights should not be booked ealier than 05:00am on the last day of the tour Museum tour for RJ are only available on day 16 and post 01 July 2012 on day 17. (Not true). The RJ Museum on the NEW RJ itinerary is done on day 8 with KT and New King Ramses Reference is made in go guide that if the ferry is cancelled pax will need to fly from Amman to Cairo or V.V and that the cost of this flight will be approx USD$220. They should have these funds available to them whilst travelling in Jordan, in the event that this should happen 3

When DAT pax do a Petra & Wadi Rum bolt-on they only have 3 night in Dahab rather than 4 (as included in their DAT tour). Xmas/NY DT - 17 Dec NYE is spent in Dahab. There is a compulsory NYE dinner sup USD$70, pay locally. No compulsory Single Supplement on any group tour (excluding arrangements in Israel). Pre accom is always Amman. Post accom is always Madaba. All tours remain the same unless specified below. MATCHING PASSENGERS TO SHARE A ROOM Where we have a number of ZZZ pax, though they may not be on the same tour, we do still need to match them up. This is very important as OTG are covering the entire cost of the SS. You cannot give them a matching room ID as they are not on the same tour. So you must write a note in Travis. Such as pax is to share a twin room with pax on all nights both tours are together. 8

Mount Toubkal summit climb This is essentially a replacement for our old Atlas Mountain treks. Accommodation is at the Toubkal Refuge which is a very basic mountaineering lodge, pax may either stayed in dorm style rooms or camp there. Shared facilities. They will need to pack a sleeping bag bedding is not included.
