Quantification 3 Pour sample into Quanti-Tray*. Presence/Absence 3 Incubate vessel for 18 hours. 4 Seal using the IDEXX Quanti-Tray* Sealer PLUS and incubate 18 hours. 4 Read results: Colorless = negative. Yellow = total coliforms.
