IP-6687/TL ERRATUM NOTICE On February 5, 2010, the Commission issued in this case (a) Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order and (b) a Route Permit. Through inadvertence, the 11.4-mile length of the high-voltage transmission line authorized in the Route Permit was misstated at several points: 1. In the first paragraph of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order, the length of the line was misstated as 9.9 miles. 2. In paragraph 1 of the ORDER on page 5 of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order, the length of the line was misstated as approximately ten miles. 3. On page 1 of the Route Permit, the length of the line was misstated as 9.9 miles. 4. On page 2 of the Route Permit, under heading I, ROUTE PERMIT, the length of the line was misstated as approximately ten miles. The length of the line authorized in the Route Permit is 11.4 miles, and both the Route Permit and the associated Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order are hereby corrected to so read.
