Please write a four page spiritual autobiography which includes: experiences, beliefs, disillusionments, decisions, traditions, rituals, ah-ha experiences, spiritual practices Bring your spiritual autobiography with you; your writing will be an important part of the seminar. 2. Bring an object that has spiritual value to you, which has served you well and that you are ready to give as a gift to assist another on his / her path. You will bring this with you on the first morning of the seminar.
Namasté Seminar Logistics LOCATION Namasté will be held at the Wings facility, 275 W 5th Ave, in downtown Eugene. Eugene is easy to get to by airplane, train, or bus. Several major airlines serve Eugene with direct routes from many cities. The airport has taxi and limo service into town. The train and bus depots are within walking distance of the Wings facility. Please check with your travel agent for the best arrangements for you. PARKING NO parking in front of our building. Exact change or personal check only. See map on next page DAYS AND TIMES Please arrive at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday. When you arrive please check in at the registration table. The seminar begins promptly at 9:30 a.m. The seminar schedule is as follows and exact ending times Tuesday-Friday may vary up to a half-hour: Tuesday Wednesday-Friday Saturday 9:00 a.m. registration, 9:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. WHAT TO BRING A three-ring binder with 8.5 x 11 paper and a pen or pencil. A pillow and blanket. Clothes to move / exercise in. Snacks, non-refrigerated and sealed. A closable water bottle. A sweater or jacket for room temperature is 68 degrees. Money for meals. All cell phones and pagers are turned off before entering the seminar room. DRESS Feel free to dress comfortably and casually. Be prepared to be outdoors for a brief period. BREAKS AND MEALS There are 10-20 minute breaks throughout the seminar, approximately every 1½ - 2 hours. You will have 1¼ hours for lunch and 1½ hours for dinner. At meals you will go in groups to local restaurants with an assignment as part of the seminar process.
