About us We started in 2014 because an idea came to us for a new way to introduce people to Budapest that we couldn't see on the market. This idea is to show the city as a local would but with good mobility and competent knowledge. Our guides are selected characters and experienced drivers with big knowledge of the city. They drive brand new Piaggio Calessino Ape s and these three wheeled vehicles are not just charming but also very capable of urban exploration. In our vehicle park we currently have nine TukTuks, each vehicle is comfortable for two to three people. The fleet can operate together perfectly for groups up to our full capacity - traveling in a group of many TukTuks on the streets of Budapest is unforgettable fun for every passengers. We created a colorful selection of tours to take our passengers through the city showing famous landmarks and hidden places on routes buses and masses never use. WHO ARE YOUR DRIVERS AND GUIDES? Your driver and guide is the same person. All our chauffeurs are Hungarians, born and raised! They know and love Budapest like the back of their hands. Just tell your chauffeur about your taste and interest, and he will give you the best insider tips about where to get in, shop, eat, party and much more! HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE? In our vehicles two people can fit comfortably and three cosy. HOW CAN I PAY? Payments can be made in cash, Hotel s vouchers, or PayPal. Regarding events bank transfers are also possible. ARE DOGS ALLOWED IN THE TUKTUKS? Yes, sure you can bring them for free! CAN I TAKE MY LUGGAGE, BACKPACK, OR PURSE WITH ME? We encourage you to leave your luggage at home or at your hotel, simply because there is only little storage space on the tuktuk. WHAT IS THE WEATHER POLICY? TukTuk tours will operate unless there is a severe weather warning. The tuktuk has rain covers, so we won't let a little precipitation to stop us! If a scheduled tour is cancelled due to harsh weather, we will offer You alternative times and dates. Please dress appropriately for the outdoor experience! CAN I TRAVEL SOLO? Due to our policy the minimum number of passengers is two. But we really like traveling and travelers, to support solo travellers our offer is that you pay 150% of the original price. CHILDREN PRICES We welcome all the children free of charge between age of 0 to 6. We give 50% discount of the adult price for 6 to 14 and full price is charged up to 14 years. CAN I PAY WITH CREDIT CARD? Only through a PayPal account or when You buy vouchers from Your Hotel or Info-desk staff IS THE TUKTUK WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE? Sadly it is not fully wheelchair user friendly. Because we do not have enough room to store a wheelchair in our vehicle. If Your hotel can store the wheelchair then we are more than happy to take You to the best sites of Budapest, as close as it can get. IS THE TUKTUK RAINPROOF? Yes, it is! It has canvas roof and transparent windows that we can set up in less than a minute, when the weather surprises us. CAN YOU DROP US OFF WHERE WE D LIKE TO? Yes we can, free drop-off in the wider downtown area is part of our service. CAN I EXTEND MY TOUR? Yes You can, if there is no other tour scheduled right after Your program.
