The STAR Initiative has assessed the market for transit services, including demographic and travel patterns, the public s desires for improvement and evaluated existing service performance. In September 27, three draft alternatives were presented to the community to gather feedback on potential options for changing LBT routes. Based on the input from the public, the STAR Initiative project team has developed a roadmap for improving LBT s service over the next five to years. The roadmap is divided into three phases: short-term, mid-term and long-term. This survey includes a description of the improvements associated with each phase of the roadmap, as well as detailed discussion of each of the short-term route recommendations. 2
