2. Gandang U- maga (Breakfast Show) award one daily winner to the value of AED 500 worth of remittance cash each day through Cebuana Lhuillier. All winners will be selected by ARN. 3. All Daily Winners will be shortlisted to win the grand prize and called by ARN to confirm the following details: a. Winner is available to accompany his family from February 8 to 12 b. Winner s family of 3 is available to travel from February 8 to 12 c. Family members will need to include 1 spouse and 2 children (to submit proof of marriage and birth certificate) d. Family members age & any important health conditions we need to take note e. One of Five (5) Grand Prize Winners will be chosen on October 21, November 17, December 8 & 29 from each week s shortlisted daily winners. Grand prize winner will be selected by ARN. 5. The Grand Prize Winners will be chosen based on: a. Quality of entry b. The availability of the persons flying in and the winner during the travel dates (Refer to Grand Prize Details) The Grand Prize details: Each of the five Tag911 grand prize winners will receive:
- Three (3) return air tickets via Singapore Airlines from Manila to Dubai for his/her family members (referred as GUEST ) - Four (4) nights hotel accommodation at a hotel apartment in Dubai for a maximum of 4 pax (3 guests + 1 winner) - Travel period of the winners guests would be exclusively between 8 th to 12 th February 2017, depending on the city they are flying out from, but restricted to a final 4- night s stay only. Itinerary of activities whilst in Dubai to be provided. - Visit Visa to Dubai for the guests till the duration of the prize. In case of winners guests not being able to secure the visit visa, the grand prize winner will need to be replaced with another shortlisted daily winner. Social and Outdoor By sending an entry into this contest all participants agree and understand that the messages and requested images will be used for social and outdoor use. These will not be commercially printed but used to promote the campaign through print or social media use. Promotion Terms All winners and their guests traveling to Dubai agree to adhere to the itinerary decided by ARN for the period of 4 nights, 5 days in Dubai. These include but not limited to the accommodation, bookings at restaurants, sightseeing destinations and leisure activities. The choice of hotel accommodation provided will be at ARN s sole discretion and is based on a room- only basis including applicable room tax. ARN reserves the right to amend the hotel accommodation at any time.
Flight tickets are valid only on specified dates and are non- extendable, non- transferable, non- re- routable, non- endorsable and non en- cashable and shall at all times be subject to availability as per the airline s Conditions of Carriage and applicable ticket conditions. All travel documentation and visas must be up to date and are the responsibility of the winners guests If the winner is ineligible for entry into the Promotion or is otherwise unable to use the Prize, ARN reserves the right to substitute them with another grand prize winner contestant of its choice. The prize and tickets are subject to ability to fly on specific dates between the period of 8 th to 12 th February 2017, restricted to 4 nights stay only. If the guest is unable to utilize the flights, no cash alternative will be provided. The Prize is non- transferable, subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. The Winner and guests must be available to attend all events stipulated in the itinerary provided on arrival or at the Tag911 studio. All activity from arrival at the airport to departure including all items on the itinerary will be photographed and/or filmed used by ARN for public viewing. WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in TAG 91.1 s promotion entitled Da Best Ka Ka- TAG, Ka- Cebuana the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates and agrees that: 1) I declare that my guests, 1.a), is a holder of valid Philippine passport with number and expiry date on. 1.b), is a holder of valid Philippine passport with number and expiry date on. 1.c), is a holder of valid Philippine passport with number and expiry date on. 2) I confirm that all my guests are of healthy condition and able to fly to Dubai from Manila and back. 3) I knowingly assume all risks that will come about my non- disclosure of important health conditions of my guest. 4) I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary Terms & Conditions for participation.
