THE GALLEY STORY In 2011, Roger Shollmier, a passionate kitchen designer and family cook, had an epiphany. Always big on how a client s kitchen should function for the family, it just made sense to Roger that there should be one convenient place where all the prepping, cooking, serving, entertaining, and clean-up could happen. That desire to find a better way was the genesis of the Galley Workstation. Roger built the first Galley for his own kitchen, never imagining how his idea would appeal to so many people. Angel Finish Custom hand-crafted finish for superior wear and easy maintenance. Reversible Sink with Side Drain* Maximizes usable storage under the sink. The sink can be installed with a right or left drain location. Hand-Crafted in the USA Each Galley is skillfully manufactured and carefully inspected in America. The Culinary Kit included with each workstation includes one or more of these items: Cutting Boards Choose from the highest quality Natural Bamboo or restaurant-grade High- Density White or Black Resin. Deluxe Colanders Our stainless Colanders have nonslip silicone feet and handles for ease in handling hot food. Drain Rack In addition to offer ing a place for rinsed dishes to dry, our aluminum Drain Rack can be used as a trivet to land items right from the oven or to hold fresh fruit and veggies after they are rinsed. Deluxe Bowls Our stainless Bowls have a nonslip silicone base and a lid that seals. Take it from your Galley to the refrigerator or from the refrigerator to your Galley! Platforms Our Platforms are custom-designed to hold our Deluxe Bowls and Colanders. Ideal Flow Drain Cover Our round Drain Cover conceals the drain while still allowing water to flow freely into the drain.
