Frank Quallen General Manager of the Renaissance Orlando Airport Hotel Fun Facts: Mr. Quallen started his career in the hospitality industry with a job in banquet set-up. He credits his greatest accomplishment in hospitality to being named the General Manager of the Year for the Georgia Hotel & Lodging Association.
