If you do not reserve rental clubs in advance, the course will do its best to accommodate your request day of, but no guarantees can be made. Payments for rental clubs will be made directly to the course the day of the tournament.** Spouse Program Harbor Cruise and Lunch This year s spouse program will provide spouses with the opportunity to experience Seattle from the water. Please remember to bring a jacket, as it can be chilly, particularly on the water. President s Dinner This year s president s dinner will be a formal affair in the opulent Georgian Room of the Fairmont Olympic Hotel. President Jeffries has requested that attendees come dressed in business formal attire (suits, dresses, etc.) As the dinner served that evening will be plated rather than buffet style, we are requesting that you pre-select your entrée for the night. Entrée selections can be made by clicking here. All selections must be submitted by Monday, September 4 th.
3 Hotel Check-in/Check-out Information Check-in time at the Hotel is 3:00pm. Every effort is made to accommodate guests arriving before the check-in time, however rooms may not be immediately available. Check-out time is 12:00pm. Requests to retain rooms beyond that hour should be directed to the Front Desk. Transportation We will be staying at the Fairmont Olympic Hotel 411 University Street, Seattle, WA 98101 (206) 621-1700 http://www.fairmont.com/seattle/ For those who choose to rent a car, self and valet parking will be available at the resort. Self-parking will cost $45 per night and valet parking will cost $55 per night. Alternatively, Seattle boasts a strong car service network including Uber, Lyft and taxicab, all of which can provide transportation around town and to/from the Seattle-Tacoma Airport. Weather & Attire Information Seattle s average high is 72 degrees during September and the average low is 54 degrees. Please dress and pack accordingly. Attire for the convention is resort casual except for the President s Dinner, which is a business formal event.
