Flight by an Unmanned system can be: FLYING AN UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEM 1. for recreational and sport purposes 2. for the performance of flight operations - use of an unmanned system, regardless of whether for remuneration or not, for aerial work (such as aerial photography, aerial advertising, aerial surveillance, fire protection and similar). APPLICABLE REQUIREMENTS 1. FLIGHT BY AN UNMANNED AIRCRAFT FOR RECREATIONAL AND SPORT PURPOSES - Flying is allowed only in Classes I and II areas of operations Class I The area with no elevated structures or facilities nor people, except the Handler and personnel necessary for flying. Class II - The area with auxiliary farm buildings or structures not intended for stay and without people, except the Handler and personnel necessary for flying. It is allowed for people to occasionally pass through the area, but without retention (cyclists, pedestrians, etc.). - Insurance is mandatory only if the operating mass of the unmanned is equal or greater than 20kg - Approval for the use of radio frequency spectrum Approval can be found on the HAKOM's official site https://www.hakom.hr/default.aspx?id=96 Approval depends of radio frequency spectrum which unmanned system uses (eg.
