HUSKY SAFARI The husky safari is a real adventure in the wilderness lead by trained Alaskan husky dogs on the approx. 8 km route. The dog sled is shared by two people who can take it in turns driving the sled whilst the other sits back and enjoys the ride and scenery. SNOWMOBILE SAFARI The snowmobile safari takes you on a guided tour to experience an exciting ride in the Lappish nature. The route takes you to the Raekallio Art Gallery for a brief visit and to enjoy coffee or tea and some sweet pastries. Includes transfers to and from the safari (approx. 30 minutes/ one way), dog sleds and guide service. Warm winter clothing recommended and thermal overalls can be provided if needed. Min. 2 participants, price per person when 2 persons sharing 1 husky sled. Additional cost for 1 person per husky sled 50 /person. Bookings to be made at the latest 7 days in advance. GUIDED SNOWSHOE TRAIL WALK Guided snowshoe trail walk of approx. 2 km followed by coffee / hot juice by the campfire. Learn how to use the snowshoes and poles while admiring the surrounding nature at Northern Lights Ranch. ICE FISHING Ice fishing at a nearby lake provides you with the chance of catching fish on a fozen lake. You will be guided how to use the gear and then simply put your line in the water and hope to have some luck catching fish. Start and finish at Northern Lights Ranch. Includes snowshoes and poles, hot juice, coffee or tea and guide service. Warm shoes/winter boots, gloves and comfortable sporty clothing recommended, no thermal suits needed. REINDEER SLEIGH RIDE The Reindeer Sleigh ride gets you acquainted with the reindeer which lead you on a trail through the forest on a 3 km trail. Along the way, we stop and enjoy hot drinks and snacks by the campfire. Includes transfers to and from the Ranch (approx. 10 minutes/ one way), reindeer sleds and guide service. Reservations available starting from 17 Jan 2019 AURORA & NATURE PHOTOGRAPHY WORKSHOP The Aurora & Nature Photography workshop is an activity which starts with an indoor photography workshop while enjoying dinner at Northern Lights Ranch. The workshop is run by a company with a extensive knowledge of nature photography and naturally of the magical Northern Lights. After dinner you are taken outside to practice your new skills. If you are in luck, you will be photographing the northern lights. if they aren t out, you will know the camera tricks and skills to capture them next time they appear. Activity taking place at Northern Lights Ranch. Includes the use of high class cameras and tripods, memory cards to keep and guide service. SAUNA AND JACUZZI RENTAL Enjoy our lovely scenic sauna and jacuzzi on site for private hire. Min. 2 adults as participants, additional persons 30 /person or per child (max. 8 persons). Price per sauna rental includes the private use of the sauna and jacuzzi for 1.5 hours, towels, bathrobes and slippers. Additional rental time 90 /hour (total cost, not per person). Bookings to be made at the latest 1 day in advance. Duration 1.5 hours Price per person 80,00 SNOW YOGA & SAUNA AND JACUZZI Snow Yoga & Sauna starts with a 1 hour yoga lesson in our snow chapel. There are no daily maintained tracks as you are guided to making your own way through the snowy terrain. Simply strap on the skis and learn how skiing has been done for generations in Lapland. AURORA CHASE Chasing the aurora within the greater Levi area in a minibus guided by a professional photographer who is constantly monitoring where the best possibilities always are for seeing the Aurora. Includes the use of high class cameras and tripods, memory cards to keep and guide service and all transfers during the evening. Persons taking part on the activities need to be covered personally for possible injuries caused by taking part in the activities and waivers of liability will be needed to be signed prior to taking part in the activities. Personal ID is always needed when taking part in the activities.
