Since 2006 we have provided fun and safe activities for school groups across the province that are seeking new and exciting experiences. Our main activities include our signature Treetop Trekking Aerial Game Treks, Zip Line rides, Team Building programs, GPS Rallies, Discovery Courses and Treewalk Village. These activities can either be booked on their own or as a package to create a custom experience for your class. AERIAL GAME TREKS You will be amazed at what experiencing a new adventure together will do for your group. Following a thorough safety orientation, your group will climb from tree to tree on wooden bridges, hammock nets, zip lines and other exciting games. Our aerial courses range from beginner to expert so there is truly something for everyone! TREEWALK VILLAGE With no minimum age, this unique adventure for kids is a fun and active way for young students to enjoy and learn about the forest. Under the supervision of guides they will explore a network of tree houses, ramps, slides, hammock nets and tunnels. This activity is available at our Stouffville park and is great for students from Grade 1 and up.
NEW DISCOVERY COURSES Available at our parks in Stouffville and Barrie, these brand new courses are ideal for ages 5-8. The Discovery Courses are 3-5 ft off the ground and are perfect for kids to explore while teachers can easily keep an eye on all of their students. Kids will be in a harness and use a Saferoller continuous lifeline system that keeps them attached to the course from start to finish. Climbers will be faced with wood bridges, balance logs, net walkways, mini zip lines and much more! Discovery Courses are commonly paired with our Treewalk Village adventure in Stouffville. TEAM BUILDING PROGRAMS We offer a variety of Team Building programs at most of our locations. These programs are designed to improve communication and problem solving skills while creating a bond between students.these can be done on their own or can be packaged with any of our other activities to make a customized visit full of activities.
GPS RALLY In this activity, available at most parks, your students will gain valuable navigation, technology and problem solving skills. During the rally they will navigate the forest with the help of a GPS unit, search for waypoints that have been carefully hidden, and solve wacky riddles that will lead them towards their next waypoint. ZIP LINE RIDES Most of our parks feature a stand alone zip line, which is a great activity for groups that don t have time for the full Zip Line Aerial Game Trek, or who are looking to add even more fun to their visit. Zip Line Rides can be combined with any of our other activities.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY Since opening our doors in 2006 Treetop Trekking has continuously re-set the safety standards in the Ontario zip line and aerial game industry. We use the highest quality equipment, our staff are by far the best trained, and our safety procedures are second to none. The Technical Standards Safety Authority (TSSA), which regulates zip lines in the province, uses Treetop Trekking as the benchmark when developing and updating their regulations. You and your students are in good hands with us so come have some worry-free fun! AGES Treetop Trekking has activities for all ages and offers unforgettable field trip options for the primary, secondary and post secondary levels. Treewalk is available to students of all ages. Our Discovery Courses are available to students 5 years and up. All other activities are available to students aged 9 and up.
