Overnight in Vancouver: Sheraton Wall Centre Thursday, June 13, 2019 Vancouver and North Shore Tour Today discover the delights of Vancouver and the scenic beauty of the North Shore. The tour will take you through Gastown and North America's second largest Chinatown. Visit the world famous 1,000 acre Stanley Park and stop at the Totem Poles and Prospect Point, which offer a spectacular view of Lions Gate Bridge. Next, tour over the Lions Gate Bridge to Grouse Mountain on Vancouver's North Shore to ride the famous Grouse Mountain Skyride to a 3700-foot mountaintop playground with panoramic sea and city views. Upon descending the mountain, visit the popular Capilano Suspension Bridge to take a walk across the 230-foot high bridge perched above the Capilano Canyon then stroll above the forest floor for a squirrel s eye view of a thriving coastal rainforest Treetops adventures. Travel onboard Rocky Mountaineer to the majestic Canadian Rockies. Today's journey ends in the alpine town of Banff at the CP Rail Station on Railway Avenue. Note: Please be aware that rail travel in Canada is subject to unforeseen delays. For that reason, we recommend that you do not arrange connecting flights on this day.
