ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES NAHA 2015 Website Banner Ad Investment: $500 each (Limited Availability) The official online source for all NAHA information, www. attracts hundreds of qualified salon and spa professionals every day. Web banner ads (124px X 124px), strategically placed on highly visible pages can be one of the most effective and affordable promotional vehicles today. Web banner will appear for the duration of the NAHA 2015 campaign. NAHA 2015 Tribute Journal Advertisement Investment: $1,500 - $2,400* The NAHA Tribute Journal is an annual full-color keepsake book featuring the work of NAHA 2015 finalists, colleagues, and sponsor advertisements congratulating the finalists and winners. Promote your brand and honor the work of the industry with your own four-color, full-page ad or a two-page spread. This keepsake book is given out to every NAHA attendee. NAHA 2015 e-blasts Investment: $1,200 each E-blasts will be sent to all NAHA salon prospects and past attendees. E-blasts are produced by the advertiser and sent out by PBA. E-Mail Blasts must reference your participation in the event and include NAHA dates and logo. Artwork is subject to PBA approval. NAHA Live Streaming Sponsor Ad Investment: $3,000 each Just like many other award ceremonies that you see on TV, 30 second commericals will be featured during the NAHA 2015 webcast. Increase your brand(s) visibility by having your company and/or product commercial shown during NAHA. Commercials will be featured before and during the event and will reach thousands of stylists worldwide as they follow the webcast. Material Requirements Upon receipt of your signed contract, you will be contacted by a sponsorship coordinator. Your sponsorship coordinator will give you more detailed specifications, guidelines and deadline dates for all the marketing and promotional opportunities you selected. All customer supplied artwork and product for distribution are subject to PBA approval. To ensure deadlines are met, plan your submissions for approval according to the dates provided by your sponsorship coordinator. *time permitting **dependent upon securing bag sponsor 7

NAHA 2015 TERMS & CONDITIONS 100% of total fee is due within 30 days of signing this agreement. If contract is submitted within 30 days of the event, full payment is due immediately upon receipt of signed agreement. All fees are non-refundable. Category choice is assigned on a first-come basis upon confirmation of signed contract and payment as denoted above. The terms of this agreement may not be modified, except by written Agreement, signed by both parties. It is understood that this form shall be legally binding between NAHA Management, hereinafter known as PBA, and your company, hereinafter known as Sponsor, only upon acceptance by PBA. Sponsor shall be responsible for providing the finished Promotional Opportunity (i.e. artwork, names, product, etc.) as required by the deadline date and for meeting the exact specification indicated in the confirmation letter. In the event that such deadline is not met by the Sponsor, the opportunity in question shall revert back to PBA without obligation or refund of monies. If any term of this Agreement shall be declared invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. This Agreement shall be binding upon the heir and successors of the Sponsor. This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Sponsor and PBA concerning NAHA 2015 Sponsorship Opportunities. Company representative/presenter must be an industry ICON or the public face of your company. Award Presenter is required to report to the mandatory NAHA rehearsal held on Sunday, July 12, 2015 (time TBD). Failure to appear will result in presenter not being allowed to appear on stage at the Awards Ceremony. Only one person from your company will be allowed on stage during the ceremony for the presentation of award. PBA reserves the right to replace scheduled presenter with no further obligation to sponsor company and no refund of monies in the event of a rehearsal no-show and/or if at the time of ceremony, it has been deemed by PBA that presenter is not fit to appear on stage due to inebriation. Cancellation: Any sponsor wishing to cancel this contract must do so in writing to Show Management. If such notice is received by Show Management before fulfillment begins, one half (50%) of the total fee shall be due to Show Management. If notice is received after fulfillment begins, the total fee (100%) shall be due to Show Management. All fees Paid to PBA are non-refundable and non-transferable. Initiation of this proposal does not constitute a hold on items contained until fully executed by your company and the Professional Beauty Association (PBA).
