OVERVIEW Nestled within rolling hills on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, Moor Lodge can be used for a variety of functions and tailored to the requirements of specific individual groups, the location also provides convenient access to a huge range of country pursuits such as, still and river water fishing, rambling, horse riding, game and clay pigeon shooting. The property has recently been renovated and professionally interior designed to retain many of the original features such as stone walls and beams, emphasizing the building s original character and charm. The sitting room is the focal point of the property, the perfect place for guests to convene. It has been decorated in the style of a traditional country hall with a dash of English wit. The impressive double height space with two beautiful feature fireplaces and a range of comfortable seating for everyone to chillax! The dining room leads directly from the sitting room and features spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. The table dines up to 24 and the space can also be adapted to host a variety of uses from intimate weddings and wellness/yoga retreats to corporate breaks. Nine of the eleven bedrooms are situated around a central courtyard and a further two bedrooms can be found in the adjacent Spinney. All of the rooms have stunning views of the surrounding countryside and are individually styled with a modern take on traditional rural charm. As the rooms have been created from 19th Century farm buildings, they vary in decor, size and layout without compromise to overall luxury and style; each room focuses on comfort with sumptuous beds, quality fabrics, linen and soft furnishings. A note from the owners The venue as a whole has been sympathetically and tastefully developed with pure luxury and comfort in mind. We are confident the experience of total relaxation in stunning surroundings combined with optional activities and catering, will leave guests wanting for more and returning time and time again! The Lodge is offered exclusively for milestone celebrations including, intimate weddings, anniversaries, family holidays, and even sophisticated stag parties!
