Sunday Il ciocco : the wooden log that ignited our national poet with passion Culture and traditions tour Take a fascinating experience through time start your journey with a personal tour of the home and hamlet (now Museum) of one of Italy s most famous poets, Giovanni Pascoli. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere that inspired him to write his most famous poetry. The second part of the guided tour will continue within the Estate at the Locanda Alla Posta around Pascoli s much loved fireplace with more stories and traditions of our Valley to share while sipping a glass of wine. All our tours are undertaken by our guides in Italian and/or in English. Booking: reservation is required 3 days in advance for activities (5days for the cooking class). Personalized solutions on request. Number of participants: our tours and activities will run if the minimum number of participants indicated has been reached. We will confirm your tour within 48hrs of it taking place. Payment: all major credit cards are accepted. Payment is to be made before the date of the tour. Receipt of payment is requested at the meeting point on the morning of the tour. Children: free access to tours for all children up to 12 years of age. If a parent is present there is no limit to age of children. For the e-bike tour, only children 12 years of age and up are permitted. For the cooking class, all children under 6 years of age are free as long as they are accompanied by one paying adult. For all children aged 6 to 11 years of age s reduction of 50% is applied. General conditions: Our guides reserve the right to modify or cancel a tour should there be a risk to safety due to weather or environmental conditions. Children up to and including 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or by an adult warrantor. Alternatively, we will require a consent form duly signed by the parent or adult warrantor. Our guides reserve the right to refuse access to anyone not wearing the required equipment or clothing. All tour participants are covered by our civil liability insurance policy from the moment they start to the moment they end the tour/activity.
