LOAD I NSTRUCT IONS AND TERMS (SUNSET STATION HOTEL & CASINO) 1301 W Sunset Rd, Henderson, NV 89014 TERMS All booths must be paid in full prior to the show. A booth is not reserved until payment is completed. We accept commercial vendors, however, we reserve the right to limit commercial vendors at our discretion. All booths are on a first-come, first-serve basis, we will accommodate you according to your selection at the time of your application. Once payment is received, there are no refunds for any reason, if you fail to make the show, you will not receive a refund. If you are unable to make the show, we encourage you to find a replacement or notify us well in advance and we will attempt to replace your booth and remit the payment back to you. If you (or we) are unable to fill your booth, there will be no refunds under any circumstance. All vendors must comply with the rules of the venue and respect other vendors. We are not responsible for any damages or liability arising out of your participation in this event. It is the vendor's responsibility to obtain insurance if desired. Vendor insurance is optional. All vendors will be required to fill out and submit a sales tax form. VENDORS DO NOT NEED A BUSINESS LICENSE! We do not guarantee attendance or sales. VENDOR DETAILS All Vendors are required to provide a door prize with a minimum retail value of $5. It is encouraged that you provide something from your product line and attach your business card. The door prizes are raffled off to attendees and encourages sales.

Fig1 When arriving at SUNSET STATION, please proceed to the back of the building (see fig. 1) where the entrance to the bowling alley is located. Immediately to the right you will see a ramp and steps. You may unload here but DO NOT PARK HERE. At the top of the ramp are the Casino doors, enter through these doors. (see fig. 2)

Fig2 LOAD IN ATTENTION: LOAD-IN IS BY RESERVATION TIME ONLY! We have two time slots for load-in. Only 10 vendors per time slot is permitted. You must email, call or text your time for load-in. At your reserved time, you will have access to the loading area to load-in your merchandise. Please respect your fellow vendors and do not jump the line or arrive outside of your designated load time. Do not block other vendors from being able to unload. Choose the load in time that best suits you and contact us. We will place you in the time slot you requested unless that time slot is filled you will then be placed into the next time slot. The load in times are 7:00am, and 8:00am. In the load area, unload your merchandise and then Park DO NOT PARK AT THE RAMP. Please do NOT block other vendors or SUNSET STATION vehicles.

Fig3 If you have a cart, please bring it with you as there will not be carts available for vendors. Proceed up the ramp, look straight and head through the entrance (see fig 3.). Continue straight going past the bowling alley heading towards a huge entrance (see fig 4) CAUTION: Do not interfere with any SUNSET STATION customers. Please move your merchandise as quickly and safely through the Casino.

CHECK-IN When entering the showroom, you are entering from the front. The check-in and information desk is located as you enter the showroom. ALL vendors must check in Ask for James upon entering the showroom. Your booth assignment will be given at check-in. If you ordered an extra table, it will be in your booth. If you need an extra table the cost is $20 per table. If you ordered an upgrade or corner, you will receive same. If you made any other request, every effort will be made to accommodate your request, however, we do not guarantee any particular spot.

SET-UP Electric is provided at no cost. However, you must supply your own extension cord and a power strips. You must supply your own tape to secure any cords to the floor. There are electrical outlets throughout the ballroom; you may need to link up together with others to reach your booth. YOU MUST BE SETUP BY 9:00am Please Note: Lighting is better in some places than others: This is an indoor Ballroom facility not a traditional convention center. If your space requires special lighting to highlight your products, please bring your own lighting as it will not be provided by Arts And Crafts Expo nor SUNSET STATION Hotel and Casino. Set-up time is from 7:00am until 9:00am. You must RESERVE your Load in time as indicated above. Those who do not reserve a load in time will have to wait until 8:30am to load in. We ask that all vendors have their booth ready by 9:00am. At 9:00am there will be a pre-show free business consultation that will last about 45 minutes. Any business questions you have may be answered during this time. The purpose of the business consultation is to help vendors get more out of their business. The doors will open at 10:00am. Through-out the show raffles will be given away (all vendors are required to provide at least 1 door prize worth $5) Vendor Only Raffle to be held Sunday approx 15 minutes before the close of the show. Your booth is equipped with an 6' table and 2 chairs. Extra tables are available on a first-come, first serve basis at the rate of $20. You must ask for tables at check-in. All merchandise, fixtures (including tables and chairs), and signage must be confined within the parameters of your booth. Anything set outside of the booth area poses a safety risk, please do not place anything outside of your booth. If you have extra large banners/signs then you may be required to be against the wall as to not block the view of the entire showroom to attendees. You must notify us at check-in if you do have extra large banners/signs. Your booth has an 6' table and two chairs. You may orient the table anyway you wish. If you have additional display material (grid-wall, extra table, stands,etc), you may use it, as long as it is confined within your booth space. You may NOT utilize a booth next to you or the aisle-ways. This includes your chair. All aisle-ways are to be kept clear at all times.

SHOWTIME During the show, it is important that you engage with customers and be as helpful as possible. Remember you are not only a reflection of your own business, but a reflection of the Arts And Crafts Expo. The show will begin promptly at 10am and end at 7pm. Vendors are requested to NOT tear down early! When vendors start to tear down, customers may get the impression the show is over and this may have an adverse effect on your fellow vendors sales. The show will end at 7pm, any vendor tearing down and leaving early will risk exclusion from future shows. Vendors who leave before the Vendor Only Raffle will not qualify for prizes. If you need to leave your booth, please ask your neighbor to watch your booth. An empty booth is a disappointment to customers. Please do not make a customer stand around waiting for you. CASINO AMENITIES SUNSET STATION has many easy amenities to accommodate all vendors. If you have a question about the casino, please direct your inquiries to Arts And Crafts Expo Staff. Bathrooms The bathrooms are located outside of the showroom. When exiting the showroom from the front, turn right and go around the Oyster Bar, look right and you will see the bathrooms. Food- Exit the showroom, and go straight where the food court is located. The buffet is located towards the front entrances of the Casino where you will also find Starbucks, the Cafe and other food establishments. ATM ATM machines are located throughout the casino. Internet Access SUNSET STATION does NOT provide free internet access. If you need access you must bring your hotspot or use your own wi-fi or you may purchase internet access from SUNSET STATION. The rate for internet is charged by SUNSET STATION and NOT Arts And Crafts Expo. (current fee is $50 for 24 hours access). If you need any help finding something, please ask Arts And Crafts Expo Staff for assistance.

LOST AND FOUND If you have lost something, please proceed to the front registration area located inside the foyer. All found items will be held there until the end of the show. If you find something, please turn it over to staff, porters or bring it to the front registration area inside the foyer. If you lose something inside the Casino, please go to the security booth located near the Casino cage at the end of the table games area. Security will assist you. LOAD OUT The show closes at 7pm; Vendors are not permitted to pack early. Vendors packing up early DO NOT qualify for the Vendor Only Raffle. The load-out will work essentially in reverse of the load-in. PLEASE be considerate of your fellow vendors, we realize after a long day everyone wants to get home. The showroom is available until 10pm, so you have plenty of time to load-out. AD D ITI O NAL I N F O R MATI O N During the show, if you need assistance please let us know. If you have questions prior to the show, call or email james@artsandcraftsexpo.com Show promoters, Arts And Crafts Expo staff, casino staff and management are not responsible for any damages, incidents or losses incurred by vendors. If you have any concerns or questions, please direct your inquires to James. TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL SHOW Be visible, friendly & approachable. No Hiding behind your booth. Create an inviting set-up. Be creative, draw attention to yourself. Exhibit how your product works. Invite shoppers to sign up for your mailing list and email those that you have currently. Offer a free sample or gift to sign up. You may also offer a drawing for merchandise to encourage sign ups. Wrap up sales as quickly as possible. Don t waste time, move on to the next customer. Have take-away promo items available. Business cards/ post cards etc., so shoppers can contact you. If you have a website, let customers know they can reach you through the web. Have plenty of change. Be ready cash is still king. Accept credit & debit cards. Get a Square, Shopify or Paypal reader. Be prepared. Bring supplies tape, scissors, pens, paper etc.

Bring snacks & beverages. Price your items visibly. Many hate to ask about pricing. Promote events you are participating in. If you are in other shows or future shows with us, let customers know where you will be next. This builds up a following. Email your customers, share on social media. Promote yourself! Allow plenty of time for Loading & Unloading. Be ready when the door is open. Don t be rushed. Scope out the venue beforehand. Know where bathrooms, food and ATM s are. Use your time wisely. Keep busy, stay off the phone. Don t sit in the back of your booth. Bring a camera. Take pictures. Help us Help you promote. Share your photos on your own timeline and in our events page on facebook. Have fun! Smile enjoy. Be happy. Love our customers. Stay off the phone. Pay attention. This includes talking, texting and surfing the net. Be of service to your customer.
