ITINERARY Sunday 27 th May 2018 - Students arrive to TGAS for 6:45AM (MEET IN THE SPORTS HALL) - Coach departs TGAS - Coach arrives in Brussels for 19:00P - Check in to the accommodation: De Blauwput, Leuven and walk around the local area. Evening Meal 1 at the accommodation. Monday 28 th May 2018 Following breakfast at the hotel we embark upon a morning training session in our squads. Board our coach and depart for an excursion to Walibi Theme Park where we will enjoy lunch in the park. Depart the theme park for our first fixture of the tour. Return from the fixture for Evening Meal 2 at the accommodation. Tuesday 29 th May 2018 Breakfast followed by a morning excursion into Brussels for sightseeing of the capital city followed by a visit to Planete Chocolate for a demonstration in the art of chocolate making. This is including an opportunity to taste the famous Belgium chocolate. Lunch in the local area before departing for the second fixture of the tour. Return from the fixture for Evening Meal 3 at the accommodation. Wednesday 30 th May 2018 Early morning breakfast before spending the day enjoying the excitement of Disneyland Paris. An opportunity to explore both parks, enjoying as many rides as possible before heading to Disney Village for our Evening Meal 4 at Planet Hollywood. Prior to departure watch the evening fireworks before boarding the coach to return to the accommodation. Thursday 31 st May 2018 Breakfast before departing to explore one of Europe's most iconic capital cities. Our first visit is the Stade de France Stadium for a guided tour. Enjoy the selfguided walk towards the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysees and Place de la Conorde. There are numerous spots at which to enjoy lunch and get some incredible photos. Following a great morning of sightseeing, return to our coach for our onward journey to our third match fixture. Return back to the accommodation for Evening Meal 5 and the end of tour awards. Friday 1 st June 2018 Following breakfast, collect your luggage and check-out of the accommodation - Coach departs Paris for 11:00AM - Coach arrives to TGAS for 22:40PM

Student Money We advise that students take no more than 200 with them as spending money on the trip. Breakfast and evening meals are included in the price of the tour. Students will be required to purchase lunch throughout the trip. Any additional snacks must be purchased by students. Please take into account when sending with spending money. We will be running a Money Bank with each group leader that all students will need to use.

What medication should I take with me? Any medication needs to be bagged and clearly labelled. This needs to have your NAME and DOSAGE written on and handed to your group leader on arrival at the coaches. Students who carry inhalers will be required to carry this on them at ALL TIMES. If you have a spare inhaler, please pass this to your group leader on arrival at the coaches. EPIPENS will need to be carried by students with any spare EPIPENS passed to group leaders on arrival at the coaches. (Please note all staff have received training to administer EPIPEN treatment) The trip will entail a coach and ferry crossing, with this in mind any students who may suffer from travel sickness, please pass on this medication to your group leader on arrival at the coaches. All staff will have a reserve of first aid provisions should they be required. Parents/guardians, feel free to speak to the staff about any specific issues with medication at the end of the information evening.

Equipment What general items do I need to bring? A watch or phone with alarm capability European plug adapter Phone charger Sun cream & After sun (Just in case!) Medication if needed(speak to group leader) Smaller bags you may use for day times and excursions Towel Camera & charger You will need to pack a sensible amount of clothes for the evenings and days when you will be on excursions At least 1 pair of comfortable shoes for excursions T-shirts Jeans/Trousers/Joggers for evening Something to sleep in Waterproof

Updating Student Information Mr Corbett has received all of the students vital information in relation to emergency contacts, doctors surgery, food requirements At the end of today s meeting please catch up with your group leader to check all of these key details so we can ensure that there is nothing that has changed. Any updated information after the meeting, please contact your group leader.

Behaviour Expectations Students are expected to behave responsibly at all times. Teachers must be treated with respect at all times. Rooms are expected to be kept tidy. Any damage caused to the hotel will be billed to student upon return. Attendance at all meal times and all excursions is compulsory. Smoking, alcohol and drugs are strictly forbidden. Students are allowed to bring mobile phones, ipod, mp3 players etc, but at their own risk. Leisure time will be available, students must remain within their groups and must always stay in groups of 3 people or larger All curfews must be met without exception. Academy expectations apply as normal Any issues that arise will be dealt with following the academy policy and if necessary action will also be taken on the return to TGAS
