South Africa is becoming more and more a favored destination for tourist for its diverse sites, fascinating cultures, unique history and for endless species of animals that inhabit the country. South Africa is a multiethnic society encompassing a wide variety of cultures, languages, and religions, which makes it a unique experience for our journey. We invite you to an unforgettable two weeks experience in the multicultural post-apartheid Rainbow Nation. ITINERARY DAY 1 MONDAY: JOHANNESBURG GRASKOP On arrival in Johannesburg, we'll proceed through immigration. Please note: as per the South African Immigration Authorities all visitors to South Africa are required to have at least 2 full blank pages in their passport. After collecting our luggage, we'll proceed through customs and be met by our guide. We'll depart the airport and drive to Mpumalanga Province. We'll travel to the Numbi Gate where we will enter the Kruger Park for our evening game drive. Afterwards we'll continue to our hotel in the town of White River.

DAY 2 TUESDAY: KRUGER PARK BLYDE CANYON Expect an early wakeup call from our guide. We'll depart for our morning game drive which will be in open safari vehicles. The world-renowned Kruger National Park offers a wildlife experience that ranks with the best in Africa. Established in 1898 to protect the wildlife of the South African Lowveld, this national park of nearly 2 million hectares, Kruger National Park is unrivalled in the diversity of its life forms and a world leader in advanced environmental management techniques and policies. If we are lucky, the big cats will still be around after their night of hunting. This is Big 5 country (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Rhino and Buffalo) all of which are possible to see during our visit at Kruger. There are also many other species to be seen, large and small, as well as fascinating plants and colorful birds. We'll stop halfway through the morning game drive for breakfast at one of the picnic spots. After lunch leave the park to Blyde River Canyon Panorama Route. We'll visit the Three Rondawels, Bourke s Luck Potholes, Lisbon & Berlin Falls and God s Window (weather permitting). DAY 3 WEDNESDAY: WHITE RIVER SABIE JOHANNESBURG CAPE TOWN After breakfast we'll travel to Sabie on our way to see two magnificent waterfalls: Lone Creek Falls and Mac Mac Falls. Both waterfalls are quite spectacular and have beautiful views. We will return to Oliver R. Tambo International Airport near Johannesburg via Long Tom Pass, one of South Africa's premier scenic routes. From here we'll fly to Cape Town where we will be met by our local, guide and transferred to our hotel. DAY 4 THURSDAY: CAPE PENINSULA Today brings us a full day excursion to the Cape Peninsula. We'll travel through Clifton and Camps Bay to the fishing village of Hout Bay, from where we'll take a short boat trip to Seal Island to view the Seals in their natural environment (weather permitting). We'll continue via Chapman s Peak to the Cape of Good Hope nature reserve. This is where the famous Cape Point and Cape of Good Hope can be viewed as well as the place where the cold Atlantic Ocean current meets the warm current of the Indian Ocean. We'll return to Cape Town driving along the coastline through small towns such Simonstown, Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay and Muizenburg. En-route we'll visit the Penguin Colony at Boulders Beach. If time allows, we'll stop also at the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens before returning to our hotel. DAY 5 FRIDAY: CAPE TOWN We'll start the day with a visit to the top of Table Mountain. After descending from the mountain we'll tour Cape Town's City Bowl. We'll pass the houses of Parliament, City Hall and the Castle of Good Hope, on our way to visit the South African Museum, the South African Jewish Museum, the Gardens Synagogue, Bo-Kaap Cape Town's old Malay Quarter and Greenmarket Square. We'll spend the afternoon exploring the V & A Waterfront. The wide variety of leisure activities and attractions on offer at the V&A Waterfront makes this unique destination a first choice for both local and foreign visitors. We'll return to the hotel to prepare for Shabbat.

DAY 6 SHABBAT: CAPE TOWN Shabbat Day at leisure. DAY 7 SUNDAY: CAPE TOWN MOSSEL BAY KNYSNA Today we'll bid farewell to Cape Town and travel to Mossel Bay gateway to the Garden Route. We'll see the Old Post Office Tree, a 500 year old milkwood tree used by 15th century Portuguese sailors as a mail box, and visit the Bartholomew Diaz Museum and the replica of the boat used by Diaz to sail to South Africa. We'll view the beautiful chambers of stalactite and stalagmite formations created many thousands of years ago. Afterwards we'll continue to the Wildlife Ranch, an endangered species breeding facility. The oldest and biggest cheetah contact center in the world offers visitors the rare opportunity of interacting with these hand-reared cheetahs and getting actively involved in saving this species and others from extinction. Oudtshoorn, is also known as The Vilna of South Africa due to the large Jewish Community living there the turn of the 20th century. We'll visit the C.P. Nel Museum, with the only Synagogue to be situated in a museum; it has an Ark that is one of the tallest in the country. What makes the Synagogue and various ceremonial objects so amazing is the fact that they are still being used. Then we'll visit the Safari Ostrich Farm owned by the Lipshitz Family. The guided tour explains every aspect of ostrich farming, from breeding to rearing. We'll have an opportunity to test the strength of the eggs by standing on them a great photo opportunity. Victoria Falls was described by the local Kololo tribe who lived in the area in the 1800 s as Mosi-oa-Tunya the Smoke that Thunders and is the greatest known curtain of falling water on our planet. It is a spectacular sight of awe-inspiring beauty and grandeur on the Zambezi River, bordering Zambia and Zimbabwe. On arrival we will be met by our guide to transferred to our hotel. Nothing can prepare one for the tranquility that this immense river offers you only a few kilometers from the Falls. Soft drinks, beers, spirits and snacks are served while viewing the beautiful sun set on the horizon of the river. The sunset cruises last approximately 2 hours. The tour organizers have no control over airline services such as seating, special meal requests, changes in departure times or delays. These remain the sole responsibility of the airline company. Kashrut on Tours Only strictly kosher food is provided to our travelers on all our tours. On some of our tours we are able to provide glatt meals. Kashrut is of utmost importance to us and we take special measures to ensure that everything served is kosher. The meals: Breakfast is prepared using our utensils. We use local fresh fruits and vegetables, and we use milk products when they are permitted. We use kosher cereals, and bread. We usually serve hard boiled eggs and sometimes scrambled eggs or omelets. At breakfast, we prepare our lunches so that people have their choice as to what they eat for lunch. We bring food from Israel to supplement what is served in the hotel such as cheeses, peanut butter, tuna, etc. For dinners, we serve either fish or meat (usually chicken) as our main course. In areas where meat is not available nor readily acquired, we will have fish. When possible, we acquire the meat locally from Chabad or other reliable kosher source, and in some cases we

fly the meat in from Israel. We try to provide as many meat meals as possible. The main course at dinner is preceded by soup and salad and accompanied by freshly prepared vegetables. Dessert typically consists of fresh fruits. We do not guarantee Pat Israel and Chalav Israel for all destinations. In many destinations we have our own dishes and silverware. Where we don t, we provide disposables at the meals. When we cook in hotel kitchens, we use our own knives, cutting boards, pots and pans, cooking implements and disposable metal trays. All food preparation is done on covered surfaces under the strict supervision of our trained staff/guides who function as our mashgichim. We make great efforts to assure that our travelers will experience local foods first-hand, while maintaining stringent observance of Kashrut laws on all occasions. On most of our tours, you will be accompanied by two of our staff members- one a guide for the tour who is knowledgeable about the places you are visiting and will accompany you throughout the day and the second, a person who will deal with the logistics of the tour and provide kashrut supervision in the kitchen. Hotels: It is our aim to provide the finest hotel possible in each area we visit. We require our hotels to allow us to work in the kitchen and to supervise the cooking and there are many hotels that are not willing to cooperate. They simply have no desire for us to be meddling in their cooking process nor are they happy about our bringing our equipment into their kitchens. We work very hard to find the best hotel in the area that will meet our requirements. Because we are not ready to compromise on kashrut, we may not always be able to use a five star hotel. Deposit, Cancellation Fees & Policy: A $500 deposit per person must be received at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation. Payment in full is due 60 days before departure. A minimum number of participants are required in order to operate a tour date. If the minimum number has not been reached and the tour is cancelled you will receive a FULL refund. 60 working days before departure bookings are refundable less $100 administration fee 59-30 working days prior to departure: 25% cancelation charges per passenger 29-15 working days prior to departure: 50% cancelation charges per passnger Less than 15 working days prior to departure: 100% cancelation charges NO REFUND.
