Civil Aircraft Industry International Forum 2018 Industry Background In the next two decades, Chinese civil aircraft market will have a strong demand rate, including 4631 trunk airliners and 726 regional aircrafts, which valued at $648.1 billion. By 2030, customer travel demand in China is expected to increase by 5%, civil aviation will become the main way for the public to travel. In the next 10 years, civil aircraft capacity will increase by 25%. Civil aircraft production will present two trends and challenges: the influence of the rise of new manufacturers and supply chain. Under this background, Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics hosted 9th Civil Aircraft Industry International Forum 2018.
