The Meeting of the Board of Directors will be carried without interpretation, the first day (Monday, 24 October 2016). The Conference will start on Tuesday, 25 October and will end on Friday, 28 October 2016. This event will be of particular interest to pilots, airline and airport operators, air traffic control services, aircraft manufacturers, national or regional authorities, private companies who work in aviation, environment, pollution, waste, and legal aspects related to this topic. Also invited are the civil or military personnel responsible for air operations, managing or planning wildlife resources, land use and environmental control, as well as related professionals (engineers, biologists, environmentalists, lawyers, investigators, academics, etc.) and those involved in the impact of airport operations on the environment and wildlife. The working languages of the conference will be English and Spanish, and simultaneous interpretation will be provided if sufficient participants of both languages provide timely registration. Temperature The average temperature in San Pedro Sula during October could vary approximately from 22 to 32 C. A rainy season is expected during this month with an precipitation average of 160 mm.

- 3-8. Transportation to and from the airport At Ramón Villeda Morales International Airport there is an authorized taxi service. The taxi transportation fee from the airport to the hotel zone and vice versa is approximately of US$20.The fee can be confirmed at the airport customer service counter. The price is per trip and is maintained in case of more persons. It is recommended to consult the transportation service of the hotel, because some hotels provide transportation or have an extra charge for the service.
