Our new online home is a fresh take on the online services of WOSU Public Media. The clean design, simplified navigation and mobile-friendly features mean you can now easily see all of our great content on smartphones, tablets and desktop browsers. As we revamped WOSU s homepage we wanted to create a space that allows us to feature a diverse mix of our locally produced content. Each day, the new homepage features in-depth and thoughtful news from the 89.7 NPR News Team, All Sides With Ann Fisher programming, classical music news from our Classical 101 hosts, blog posts from our expansive blogging team, as well as a look at upcoming programming on WOSU TV. Across the site, we ve rolled out dynamic drop-down menus for WOSU TV, WOSU Radio and WOSU Classroom. The WOSU TV dropdown menu features a quick view of what will be on our main TV channel over the next few hours. For the WOSU TV section of the new website we created an area that allows us to feature upcoming PBS programs, our local shows like Broad & High, Columbus on the Record, Columbus Neighborhoods and Songs at the Center, and on-demand programming that is available through our video portal at video.wosu.org. This innovative new site was developed by Columbus digital advertising agency Cement Marketing. Several staff members at Cement Marketing have backgrounds in media, so our partnership was a natural fit to develop a new website that featured new content every day. They truly helped us develop a site that shines a spotlight on all the incredible content produced by WOSU. As you explore the new site and have any feedback or questions, please feel free to send an email to Digital Media Director Nick Houser at nick.houser@wosu.org.
