Listen to Celtic lore and folk stories as only Eddie can tell them. Discovery: The Burren and the Cliffs of Moher. Marvel at the Wild Atlantic Way, Ireland s dazzling western coast, and its cliffs, sea caves, inlets and sweeping views of the Aran Islands and Galway Bay. In the Burren, discover one of the D world s most unique landscapes, featuring a rocky plateau of karstic limestone formations and diverse plantlife. Enjoy an audiovisual presentation at the Burren Centre. Then, take an exclusive guided walk through the Burren with local expert Tony Kirby, as he shares fascinating geological, archaeological and botanical insights. After lunch in a family-run pub, continue to the portal tomb, Poulnabrone, a stark limestone monument built between 2500-2000 B.C. Later, drive along the scenic coast to gaze at the Cliffs of Moher, rising 700 feet above the Atlantic Ocean, and hear the enthralling sound of waves crashing below. Day 4 B L D Aran Islands Discovery: Aran Island of Inishmore. Take a ferry this morning and sail across Galway Bay to Inishmore, the largest of the Aran Islands. People have lived here since roughly 3000 B.C., and Stone Age monuments as well as Bronze Age stone forts can still be seen. Visit Dun Aengus, the most famous of these fort ruins. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant during the tour. This evening, gather for dinner at the hotel. Day 5 B L Killarney Discovery: Dingle Peninsula. Depart for Killarney via the picturesque Dingle Peninsula. Take a short ferry ride from Killimer to Tarbert, and enjoy the coastline views from the water. By coach, continue through the towns of Tralee and Dingle, as you revel in panoramic mountain vistas and shoreline scenery on Slea Head Drive, one of Europe s most captivating coastal roads. Stop for lunch at a restaurant along your route before visiting the Blasket Island Heritage Center, which honors the people who lived on these remote islands until the mid-1900s, as well as their extraordinary literary legacy. Return to Dingle and spend free time exploring. In Killarney, check in to the Great Southern Killarney. Day 6 B Killarney Discovery: Killarney National Park. Situated on the Ring of Kerry, Killarney National Park is an oasis of oak woodlands and shimmering lakes at the foot of the MacGillycuddy s Reeks mountain range. It is Ireland s first national park, encompassing more than 25,000 acres. This morning, ramble through the park on a leisurely ride in a traditional horse-drawn carriage called a jaunting car. Your jarvey, or driver, will share local lore and history as you make your way to see the 15th-century Ross Castle. Then, board a cruiser to glide across the serene waters of the Killarney Lakes. Learn about the park s unique wildlife and historical sites from the captain. Enrichment: Irish Whiskey. Tonight, delight in a whiskey tasting led by a local expert, and appreciate the complexity of Irish whiskey. Day 7 B L Ring of Kerry Discovery: Ring of Kerry and Muckross House. Located on the Iveragh Peninsula, the circular drive of the Ring of Kerry is among the most beautiful coastal drives in the world. View a pastoral region of Ireland seemingly untouched by time. Watch border collies bound through the fields and maneuver a flock of sheep during a demonstration. Meet the local shepherd and ask questions about the dogs, farm life and

Then, tour Muckross House, a grand, 19th-century Victorian mansion that boasts extensive gardens by the lakeshore. Day 8 B D Mallow Discovery: The Gift of the Gab. En route to Mallow, visit Blarney Castle and see the famous Blarney Stone. Tradition holds that those who kiss the stone will be endowed with eloquence, or the gift of the gab. Over 60 acres of gardens, waterways and arboretums surround the Castle. Check in to Longueville House, a family-owned Georgian country house set within a lovely 500- acre estate. By participating in this travel program, you authorize AHI Travel, without providing compensation to you, or obtaining additional approvals from you, to include photographic and video recordings of you, as well as voice recordings included with any videos, in AHI Travel's sales, marketing, advertising, publicity and/or training activities. RESPONSIBILITY-AHI Travel does not own or operate any entity which provides goods or services for this program, and acts only as the agent for the independent suppliers of travel conveyance, transport, accommodations or other services. All such persons or entities are independent contractors. As a result, AHI Travel is not liable for any negligence or willful act of any such person or entity or any third person. In addition and without limitation, AHI Travel is not responsible for any delays, delayed departure or arrival, missed carrier connections, loss, death, damage or injury to person or property or accident, mechanical defect, failure or negligence of any nature howsoever caused in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other services or for any substitution of hotels or of common carrier equipment, with or without notice, or for any additional expenses occasioned thereby. Dates, Program Details and Tour costs, although given in good faith and based on tariffs, exchange rates and other information current at the time of printing, are subject to change at or before the time of departure. No revisions of the printed itinerary or its included features are anticipated; however, the right is reserved to make any changes, with or without notice, that might become necessary, with the mutual understanding that any additional expenses will be paid by the individual passenger. Baggage and personal effects are the sole responsibility of the owners at all times. If the entire program is cancelled for any reason, participants shall have no claim other than for a full refund. By forwarding the deposit, the passenger certifies that he/she has no physical, mental or other condition of disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other passengers and accepts the terms of this contract set out herein and in more specific pre-departure passenger information. The airlines and other transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event, during the time passengers are not on board their conveyances. The passage contract in use, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the company(ies) and the passenger and/or purchaser of this trip. CANCELLATION-All cancellations for any reason will be subject to a $300 per person administrative fee. You may choose, at the time of cancellation, to apply the withheld administrative fee to a future AHI Travel program that will operate in the current calendar year or year following. Cancellation from 120 days to 76 days prior to departure will result in forfeiture of 15% of the entire cost of the trip per person; 75-30 days, 50% of the trip cost per person; cancellation from 29 days up to the time of departure will result in 100% forfeiture of the entire cost of the trip.
