Dear WLS Participant: Congratulations! It is important that you begin considering the value you wish to create during the seminar in the following areas: Leadership in business, family, community, and the principles upon which you have built your life. The enclosed sheets contain important information about the Women s Leadership Seminar. Read them carefully. Here s what to do next... a.) Book your flight and your one night hotel reservation (because you ll be arriving the evening before the program begins.) b.) Please read the relevant details and recommendations in the pages below. These brief pages and maps contain everything you need to make your journey and stay with us both effortless and enjoyable. We therefore strongly recommend that you read them now and print them for future reference. We look forward to seeing you at WLS. WOMEN S LEADERSHIP SEMINAR You are expected to bring a number of items with you to the Women s Leadership Seminar. You are to retain this package for your use. You should begin at once to put together the ENTRANCE/LIBERTY PACKET. All items are to be placed into a large manila envelope. PACKET Passport Proof of Medical Insurance Proof that you have a Will or Living Trust Minimum $300.00 (in various denominations from $1 to $100) One hardbound diary Date of last physical (highly recommended within the last 12 months) FURTHER PREPARATION You will spend some time doing outdoor activities and some time in classroom situations. The following are necessary: loose fitting durable pants, socks and high top tennis shoes or light hiking boots, light clothing that can be layered (i.e., T- shirt, sweatshirt). Warm clothing: coat or jacket, walking/hiking footwear, 1 pair of casual footwear. Informal attire: jeans, T- shirts, warm outdoor clothing (at least 6 sets). At least one pair of thermal underwear (seasonal). Sleeping bag (appropriate for 35 degree weather). One person tent with a ground cloth. A hat with a billed cap. Warm jacket and set of rain/foul weather gear (seasonal). Multi day back pack. Water bottle. Flashlight. Swimsuit. Both sunscreen and insect repellent. Warm socks. Seminar attire for at least 1 day p dress or one pantsuit/skirt blouse. A formal dress. *We recommend you begin a cardiovascular exercise program prior to attending due to outside activity.

If you are on a restricted diet, PLEASE ARRANGE TO BRING THOSE ITEMS WITH YOU. Because the seminar schedule is so full, there is limited time available for outside phone calls. If you anticipate having to call your home or business, please minimize the calls so that all the seminar participants have the utmost time to integrate with both the course material and each other without the distractions of home and business affairs. If an emergency occurs the High Valley Ranch phone is (707) 485-4132. Monday thru Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm you can also try the office at (707) 998-2222 or (877) 774-2212. Make certain your party states in the message that it is an emergency and you will have immediate access to a phone. ***The forms that are attached to the email you received this link on must be completed and emailed back to leadershipstaff@psiseminars.com by the Wednesday before your class start date. TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS Class roll call will be held at 7:45 A.M. on the opening day of class. Roll call and bus pickup will take place at the charter/tour busp parking courtyard #4 located outside at the west end of the northern United terminal on the Baggage Claim level of the San Francisco International Airport (lower level of airport). The chartered bus departs promptly at 8:00 A.M. for High Valley Ranch. A chartered bus is scheduled to return you to the San Francisco Airport on the closing day of class by 5:00 P.M. Please make your flight arrangements accordingly. IMPORTANT NOTE: NO STUDENT VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED AT HIGH VALLEY RANCH DURING WLS DO NOT PLAN TO DRIVE, AS THE SEMINAR BEGINS AT SAN FRANCISCO AIRPORT. Upon arrival, call the hotel s direct line for information on when and where the next hotel courtesy van will pick you up (usually every twenty to thirty minutes).
