Resident Service Manager Parking Sticker Regulation Dear Residents, To ensure the safety and the convenience of all residents, all vehicles belong to resident must be registered to the Building Management by having parking sticker that should be placed on the bottom right hand corner of the windshield. Please refer as well to The House Rules & Regulations article 3.1.5 where it said the vehicle number should be the same number as the sticker on the bottom right hand corner of the windshield, to ease our security officer in checking whether your parking slots are not occupied by any other residents. 10.1.3 Residents must ensure that their Visitor / drivers do not announce their arrival by blowing of the horn on their vehicle.
Balcony and AC Ledge Residents are not allowed to hang any objects of any kind from the railing or ceiling of the balcony and AC ledge. Such restriction applies to all domestic helpers and maids, as well. Residents are not allowed to place light objects, such as light chairs and/or light plants as it may cause the object to be blown over by the wind off the balcony or AC ledge and cause injury or damage. The Building Management will give notice to the Resident whose balcony or AC ledge are not being used according to its purpose/cause complaints and/or endanger others. It's always been a perfect place hosting cooking classes, brand events, private parties, and more. Recreation Room ; Open For 24 Hours Smoking and food are not allowed inside the recreation room. Only beverages shall be permitted. Residents who wish to loan books will have to follow these rules: 1. Only 3 (three) books at any given time to be taken outside of the library as a loan for a maximum of 7 calendar days including public holidays at no charge. 2. The books must be returned in the same condition. Any damage or alteration either intentionally or not by the borrowers will be evaluated by our staff and the borrowers will be charged. 3. Any loss books and late return will be charged a penalty determined and fixed by the Building Management. 4. Adults should accompany children below 10 years of age to loan a book. 5. Magazines can be read in the recreation room only. 6. Books must be scanned before leaving recreation room.
