DEPOSIT/ PAYMENT In order to secure a seat on the trip, the following payment schedule has been established: An initial full deposit of $210.00 per person is due on or before October 30, 2018. Please note, partial deposits will not be accepted. A second payment of $210.00 per person is due on or before November 30, 2018. A third payment of $210.00 per person is due on or before January 7, 2019. Final payment or the balance of the trip is due no later than February 7, 2019. The final payment will be determined by the number of trip participants and will be provided by the Siegel High School Band and Choral Boosters approximately two weeks prior to the due date. Parents will be charged as shown on the rooming list and will be responsible for finding their own roommates. All checks should be made payable to Thomas Tours and mailed directly with an enclosed reservation/payment form to Thomas Tours, 2405 12th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37204-2415. 800-292-0470. Please note, a 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit/debit card payments. No invoices will be sent. Therefore, it is each individual s responsibility to keep his or her payments current. Space for the trip is limited, therefore, reservations will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis according to the date your initial deposit is received. Please note, in order to give your group the lowest package price we must sell the package as a whole and cannot offer price deductions for those who choose to deviate from or eliminate portions of the trip. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service fee. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancellation, the following policy will adhere: Cancellations received on or before December 6, 2018 will result in a cancellation fee of $175.00 per person (Non-refundable Play Ticket and Administrative Fee). Cancellations received between December 7, 2018 and January 9, 2019 will result in a cancellation fee of $375.00 per person. Cancellations received between January 10, 2019 and February 12, 2019 will result in a cancellation fee of $575.00 per person. Cancellations received between February 13, 2019 and the date of departure will result in a cancellation fee of $750.00 per person. Students who have been cancelled from the trip due to disciplinary reasons, academic probation, quit band, or have changed schools will still be bound by the cancellation policy.
