Exhibitor INFORMATION 2013 How To Purchase Tradeshow Space Complete the Agreement to Purchase Tradeshow Space form found on page 4. To check availability before completing the form, either call Ellen Maracle-Benton at 905-404-9545 or email at embenton@oanhss.org. Fax the form to Ellen Maracle-Benton, 2013 OANHSS Show Manager at 1-905-404-3727. A confirmation of your booth space will be emailed to you. OANHSS will provide you with an invoice. Once your invoice is received, payment can be made by cheque or VISA. Payment instructions will be included on the invoice. Once payment has been received you will receive your 2013 Exhibitor package with supplier forms and move-in/ move-out information. Payment The form that follows is an Agreement to Purchase. This agreement will be processed by OANHSS to create an invoice that will be mailed to you for payment. Upon receipt of the invoice the payment is due and payable and should be received by OANHSS within 3 weeks to guarantee your space. If payment is not received, OANHSS reserves the right to resell the space. A 50% non-refundable fee applies to this purchase. All payments must be received by March 1, 2013. Full payment for space purchased after March 1, 2013 will be due immediately. Floor Plan Cancellation Clause Cancellations will be accepted up to and including March 1, 2013 and are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations after March 1, 2013 are subject to full billing and payment. Tear-down Policy Tear-down at the show begins at 2:00 pm Tuesday April 30, 2013. Early teardown or dismantling of booths by exhibitors is strictly prohibited. Early teardown or dismantling disrupts the integrity of the show and endangers attendees still in the exhibit hall. By signing the booth space agreement, exhibitors agree to remain on the exhibit hall floor with their booths fully in place until the official close of the trade show, as stated above.
