In this opportunity the festival will take place in Juan Guerra, a town in San Martin (Peruvian jungle). The objective of the festival is the cultural exchange between the artists and the community. MAIN OBJECTIVE To strengthen in the citizenship the feeling of identity as the basis of Interculturality and Cultural Development. SPECIFICT OBJECTIVES Encourage experimental exchange. Generate strategic alliances with private entities. Encourage mutual respect between different cultures.

MAIN PROBLEM The Peruvian jungle is one of the regions which is less known for the Peruvians. The abandon situation is easy to see. Although, the Peruvian jungle tourism increases recently. But, it is not enough to generate sustainable development plans. Cuerpos y Alma is conscious about the cultural value of San Martin-Peru. For that, the group proposes the next: Despierta que acá estamos (Wake up, we are here). Which means an invitation to San Martin s community, to recognize the theater as an alive art. And also an opportunity to be known by the rest of the world.
