CMP Catheter cabinets provide the utmost in Accessibility Each catheter slide offers full extension, which brings the catheters into full view allowing quick access and visual inventory of remaining stock. CMP s most popular 24 deep model provides catheter slides that are 21 long and contains six hooks. 36 wide cabinets can be configured with up to six rows of catheter slides. 48 wide cabinets can be configured with up to eight rows of catheter slides. Each slide accommodates 10 to 15 catheters per hook. 800 catheters can be stored in one single cabinet. Wider packaging can also be accommodated via adjustability from side-to-side. cabinets are the preferred choice for catheter storage, due to the invasive nature of the procedures in these departments. Full-view doors shall allow complete visual inspection without blind areas caused by cross pieces. Continental Metal Products Catheter Storage are constructed of 18 gauge, type 304 stainless steel with a No. 4 finish. All exposed welds to be done by Heliarc process and ground and polished to match No. 4 finish. Storage cabinets can be selected and arranged in many different ways to accommodate the storage and operational needs of any institution. shall be available in widths of 24 (610mm), 30 (762mm), 36 (914mm), 42 (1,067mm) and 48 (1,219mm), and depths of 18 (457mm) and 24 (610mm). Height of cabinets shall be 60 (1,524mm) or 72 (1,829mm). Catheter Slides shall include catheter slides for storage of catheter equipment. Quantity and location of slides are determined by customer requirements and will be mounted to the top of the cabinet or the bottom of a fixed shelf. Slides pull out fully to allow easy access to all stored items and include label holders. Depending on the depth of the cabinet, each slide will contain 4 or 5 hooks for storage of equipment Doors Two full-height, glazed doors shall be provided with stainless steel perimeter frame, Heliarc-welded to form rigid structure and polished to No. 4 finish. Doors shall have ¼ (6mm) thick shatter-proof, safety glass panes. Doors shall be supplied with chrome-plated pull handles, hinges and roller catches. The cabinets have a self-trimming perimeter flange that allows for an easy and clean installation into recessed openings. The cabinets are also available with finished ends and tops for freestanding installations. The cabinets can be mounted on a contractor built base or supplied with a stainless steel pedestal base. Glass doors contain ¼ thick safety plate glass. Entire front portion of door is punched and formed from one piece of 18-gauge stainless steel. Stainless steel double pan doors and sliding glass doors are also available. Doors are mounted on heavy duty chrome plated hinges and are secured closed using nylon friction roller catches. Two-point knob lock doors are also available. with shelves use pilaster strips that allow for height adjustment increments of ½. The pilaster strips are easily removed to allow for proper sterilization of the cabinet and pilaster strip. Handles for doors are chrome plated. are also available with doors on both sides as a pass-through feature to enable loading of cabinet from corridor side. Catheter can be configured to the user s specific requirements. Combination of Catheter Slides, Adjustable Slides, Baskets and Trays can be utilized to meet customized requirements. Warranty CMP parts are warranted against factory defects for a period of 1 year, and will be replaced upon return of defective item. All units will be serviced by factory without cost to buyer (labor and materials) for 90 days following installation. After 90 day period, replacement of a defective part (labor) will be at buyer s expense. Compressors used in CMP units are warranted for 5 years. 90- day provisions stated above also apply.
