Listening to our CoP Leads It can be hard to keep people interested.. I could use more direc,on for my group s purpose.. CoPs are a way of prac,cally discussing real issues with suppor,ng clients CoP Leads It is interes,ng to hear what other groups are doing These mee,ngs are a great opportunity, we need to u,lise them effec,vely Looking forward to having our own website, I can really see the benefit of this, and have many resources to add already

Suppor7ng our CoP Leads - resources Development of CoP Facilita,on Resources based on 2017 DJP training topics Focus of these resources to provide support for the CoP Leads in facilita,ng CoP groups Reinforce learning and further knowledge development from the DJP training courses TRIAL REFLECT LEARN ADOPT CoP Facilita,on Resources include: ü Recommenda,ons for the CoP Lead ü Course Summary ü Discussion Points ü Prac,ce Example

Suppor7ng our CoP Leads CoP Webpages Development of CoP Webpages NOW FINALISED and ready for use Each CoP will have their own webpage with ability to post comments and links to resources CoP Leads will be able to publish dates/,mes for CoP mee,ngs and new members can CONTACT Leads directly to get involved These webpages will assist CoP sustainability, by crea,ng group autonomy to communicate without the DJP as a conduit for contact

Next stages Con,nuing review of sustainability of each CoP group Capacity Building Individual CoP webpages up and running to support each group, to gain autonomy and to connect to the wider NSW CoP groups for sustainability Ongoing support of CoP leaders with facilita,ng their groups CoP progress reports provided to all CoP leads Iden,fying financial support for CoP resources (e.g. publica7on of brochures that may assist CoP purpose locally) Evalua,on Project In consulta,on with UNSW. Ini,al Evalua,on Survey being developed for comple,on by everyone that afended at least one CoP session (focus on CoP specific v s Sector themes, or both)
